House Raffle in Florida
To the advantage of this I am going to raffle off my home. The location really is awesome. The location is 1.5 miles from schools and shopping, and is located in one of the Tampa Bay Areas most upscale communities.
Let me give you a description of the home: It's an awesome 5 bedroom+ 3 bathroom+office+3car garage home. AND YES THIS IS TRUE...I KNOW IT IS HARD TO BELIEVE. There is ceramic tile every where. There's a fireplace, a chef's dream kitchen with an island and the master bedroom is too big for words to explain. Like I said you will have to see it to believe it. The home was built in 2000 in a prestigeous community and everything in home is only 2yrs old. There is a golf course and country club on the property.
You might like to know why we are doing this. The answer is real simple. My husband and I believe that we were given this house as a gift from god. We also believe this home is a blessing for another family out there. And knowing this we also know that we can't beat god at giving. And by doing this we are opening up a window so that god may pour us out many more blessings.
Here is how it all works: the entry fee is only $150.00.That should be reachable for most people. Send the fee in the form of cashier check or money order to:L.HAYNES HOME RAFFLE, 18126 Sandy Pointe Drive Tampa, Florida, 33647. Please don't miss this next important point: along with your entry fee, you must send a short essay on why you want this home or even believe this is the house for you. The winner will be chosen from the context of the essay. The winner will be notified in the manner they choose so include this important information with your entry.(mail, phone, or e-mail) The raffle will end on April 30,2003 and the winner will be chosen on May 30,2003. The closing will take place at a local title company in the Tampa Bay Area. I will pay all closing cost! There will be no further expense on your part except if you have to travel here. The winner will pay his or her own travel expenses. At the time of the closing, I will pay all year to date taxes, from that point on, the winner will be responsible for all taxes and insurances. Please, so there no hurt feelings.... NO FRIENDS OR FAMILY WILL BE ALLOWED TO ENTER THIS RAFFLE!!!!!
A portion of the proceds will be donated to the American Cancer Society and The Sickle Cell Anemia Foundation. At the time of closing, the remaining proceeds will become the sole property of the homeowners. It has to be obvious that I need a certain number of entries to raffle off this beautiful piece of real estate and if I don't get the required number of entrants, I hold the option of extending the dead line (and this will be posted for all to read) or I will return your money less one dollar to cover the cost of check, envelope and mailing.
