We are located one hour southeast of Lake Tahoe in beautiful Smith Valley, Nevada.
Our ranch consists of 136 acres: 40 acres alfalfa, 80 acres natural pasture, and several one acre pastures.
The two story house is over 150 years old and came from Virginia City, Nevada. The barn is well over 100 years old. The Double SS brand is marked on the inside wall for the two Smith's who lived here in the 1800's.
