The Journey Of Life, Mind, and Spirit

I want to reach out to anyone who feels defeated, stuck, depressed, or bored with life. I want to show you we all have it in our power to change anything we are unhappy with in our lives and make the choices to a happy fullfilled trip through the maze of life, breaking the I can't attitude.

Basically The Journey is about looking at the journey throughlife. It can be seen as how we relate to the Great Spirit and each other, as well as the maturing process of mind and spirit.
When a physical scientist looks at all matter, he or she sees the law of conservation of matter and the law of the conservation of energy. Matter and energy cannot be destroyed or made. It can, however, be changed in form. Break any piece of matter down, even our flesh, and we find compounds and molecules. Break the molecules apart, and we have atoms. Within atoms are subatomic particles that move, vibrate and are constantly in motion. What power is the source of these particles and their movement?
The physicist will tell us it is energy, pure energy. Energy cannot be made; it always has been, it cannot be destroyed, and it always will be. It is always with us, omnipresent and eternal. It can only change form
When we say, “God has blessed us,” the skeptic asks, “What is God?” The theologian tells him, “God has always been, always will be, and is with us always, omnipresent and eternal, and can change form.”
A neurological scientist will tell us that thoughts have vibrations. A brain wave of a certain frequency will cause harmonious waves to come into being. Just as the waves of a stringed instrument have certain properties, so the waves in the mind have similar properties. Waves can create harmonies or interference. Waves have always been here, are always with us, and always will be. They are omnipresent and eternal, and can change form. Energy, God, waves, the oneness, is all omnipresent and eternal.
One way of expressing our beliefs is to say, “Like attracts like.” I believe that what we think about most and desire most will come to us. It is easy if we think of it this way: what we think and believe becomes the possessions in our life. From ancient knowledge, let us examine what we feel and believe, and the rewards and consequences.
It was written long ago:
“He who follows a way is at one with that way.
When we are honest we experience honesty.
When we feel loss we experience loss willingly.
When we feel virtuous virtue surrounds us.”(Lao Tzu, circa 6th century A.D.)
Everything good in my life I have attracted to me by my thoughts, desires, visions and belief that it will happen, just as I have attracted to me my problems with my thoughts. As the laws of physics work every time for every person, the laws of the spirit work always for everyone. So do the laws of the mind and its waves. These are all natural laws.
It is as simple as the advice I have often given to my kids: think positive thoughts, believe in them, visualize them happening, and they will become reality. After all, our lives and our bodies are reflections of our souls. We are a result of every thought and decision we have made.
To really live a full life, a part of us must die. Let go of the past negativity; let it die. Then we can begin to live. To live is to love, really love. Love is hope crystallized into dreams of tomorrows to come. There are moments of oneness between the greater power, the Great Spirit, the oneness of the conscious energy of the universe, and myself, moments when all becomes transparent. These keep me sacred within my vessel. I can begin to create my new being, to ask for new things, to believe in new things, to visualize new things until they become manifest in my new reality. I love more today than before, reshaping my heart to hold more hopes, more dreams, more desires. Changes become real and manifest in my body, my relationships and my possessions. We all have our own destiny, yet most don’t realize we create our destiny. This can be a wonderful destiny that we create in our mind, or we can create misery for ourselves. Someone asked me what I do for a living. I said, to their astonishment, “I create my living by asking for, thinking, believing and visualizing it into reality.”
There is no beginning, no end, only timelessness, moving from energy to matter and back again. We cannot even fathom its being with our limited perspectives. Yet it responds to our very thoughts, our asking, our believing, our envisioning, and answers by making these become reality in our lives. I call this the conscious energy of the universe, or the Essence of the Spirit.
Each day I am walking on fresh ground. I have never been on this path before. A rose lies before and in me. My heart safely trusts in the way of the universe. It is strong, responsive and compassionate when I have compassion.
Let your spiritual compass guide you at every life-changing fork in the road. Follow the path you believe will bring peace and joy into your life. Always be compassionate, caring and helpful. Ask or pray for what you want, directing your thoughts to the universe or to God in any form. Then believe it will happen, visualize it and you will receive it although not always in the time or form you expect.
My life has been a long strange journey from childhood until the present. My prayer and hope for all of us is, “May we become the person we really want to be.”
This is the sum of my life's journeys up to the present.
