We take the time to learn what your goals are in order to create and produce an exceptional event that runs seamlessly; be it a corporate dinner, a fundraiser or a themed party for five hundred. Our services may include the following, based on your needs.
*Develop the event theme and concept, plan, budget, timeline and schedule
*Site research, selection, and contract for a facility
*Recommend appropriate food and beverage menus; research and schedule the qualified expert caterer
*Select/contract specific vendors to supply tents, tables, chairs, podiums, stages, etc.
*Research/recommend theme, floral, and decorations
*Contract/facilitate speakers, music, and entertainment
*On-site registration
*Select skilled photographers and audio/visual experts
*Hire specialty staff, such as professional food service personnel, technical support personnel, security guards and others as needed
*Promote and manage the event; if appropriate, oversee production of marketing materials, advertising, brochures, signs, press releases, name tags, and invitations.
*Travel for air and ground, lodging arrangements, guest accommodations, and car rentals
*Schedule activities/venues for on-site and off-site attendance
*Gift and awards selections
