STALLIONS BOOSTER CLUB
Dear member,
Welcome! We thank you for your interest in becoming a booster club member of Stallion Booster club. The Stallion Booster club was formed to help the member with specific responsibilities and obligations which your son/daughter must assume in order to remain part of the Texas Cheer Connection All-stars squad.
Being a member of the Stallion Booster club has its many rewards. The worry of any up coming event is depleted knowing that being a member will assist the cheerleader in your life let their dream come true.
The approximate cost for each member is $3. This opens an account for the sponsored squad member and this fee is automatically credited in to their account. The account will grow depending on how the member and sponsor manages it. The members account grows in one of all the following ways: personal deposits, fundraisers and other money making projects. This account is used to help purchase uniforms, summer camp fees, summer camp wear...ect. Stallion Booster club has an account that is used for the booster club members. This account grows through fund raising drives and money making projects from the booster club members. The Booster club account is used to help with traveling expenses, supplies, travel meals,.....ect.
There will be fund raisers that will help the member grow their account. Some will be mandatory, some will not. The reason for this depends on the fundraising company itself not on the booster council members. There are some fundraising companies that require a quota of items sold to be met or monies to be made in order to be able to participate in that particular fundraiser. In essence, the booster council will always try to make it easy for you. When depositing in your account there will be fundraisers that all monies earned from your sell will be deposited to your account.
Then there will be times when 1/3 of your sell will be deposited to the booster club account.( which is a major way the booster club account grows) and the rest (which is 2/3) will be accounted to your own account. Note this 1/3 is still your own monies being recycled for the squad members as a whole. In no way will this be used to help pay for anyone’s tuition, camp, or competition. This will not be used for any squad member to receive a “free ride!” while others pay. Nor will this benefit any booster council member!
