Kou Seiya is one if the mysterious Sailor Starlights, Sailor Star Fighter. Seiya has developed an attaction to Serena, which makes Haruka protective and suspicious. Seiya doesn't seem to mind though. The Starlights seem to have their own agenda, as they aren't part of the Sailor Scout team. Seiya, in particular, has a grudge against Haruka, which is paralelled with the tension between Super Sailor Uranus and Sailor Star Fighter. Like the rest of the Starlights, Seiya is a guy but transforms into a female.
