SS Simon and Jude Seminary On Line

SS. Simon and Jude Seminary On Line is an is an independed Anglican Seminary whose Chief Instructor is loyal to Jesus Christ as He comes to us in the Holy Bible, Authorized Version for Worship, others for study, the Book of Common Prayer 1928 American version of the English Reformation's unifying Reformed Cathoicism unique in Christianity, the Ordinal, with which clergymen are ordained to the traditional Catholic Orders of Bishop, Priest, and Deacon, according to the Catholic (Universal) system in place from the time of the Apostles, and within a Succession from the Apostles to the Bishops of the Current Church; the Christian faith as outlined in an irenic document designed to include all Christians, Catholic and Protestant alike, exclusing only those who would remain with the Papal Church, and those who insisted on overthrowing the Church of England and replacing it with a Calvinistic Congregational sect without the Catholic Hierarchy.
Bible, Prayer Book, and Articles are the "tools" of being a Christian in The Anglican Way, permeating all areas of life, Doctrine, Discipline, Worship, and ethics.
SS. Simon and Jude Seminary on line has three major curriculae, one for a Licentiate in Theology for Parish clergy, one for a reduced version of the Licentiate program for Parochial Assistants, particularly those with a "late" or "second" vocation to serve the Church, and the third for those who would accept the challenge of educating children and adults in the Anglican Way by training as Church School Teachers and Administrators.
SS. Simon and Jude Seminary on line, is a continuation of earlier teaching ministry of the Rev. Canon Owen J. Loftus, Jr., M. Div., D. Min, which were incorporated under the names of St. Jude the Apostle Church School and Epiphany Anglican Seminary; and is a modification and revision of the courses developed during that experience and proven by classroom participation with students.
These previous non-profit incorporated institutions performed educational ministry under the aegis of the United Episcopal Church of North America, and has given to that Church courses which it had developed.
The ethos of this seminary is "Center Church" or Prayer Book Catholic. Courses are available which reflect both the Reformation and the Catholic theologies present within Anglicanism; though the personal "theology" of the Chief Instructor is that of The Rev. Doctor Claude Moss on Sacramental theology, and that of W. H. Griffith Thomas on the "Catechism" and the "Thirty Nine Articles"
