* NOTARY SIGNING AGENT serving the Central Oregon Coast including Lincoln, Linn, Benton, Polk and Tillamook counties. Mortgages: $50 to $200, depending on distance and difficulty of assignment. Documents must be received no later than 4 hours prior to signing appointment. A late fee of $25 will be charged for late arrival of documents. Cancelled appointment notification is 4 hours. Full rate will be charged if signing is cancelled without 4 hours notice. Notary Signing Agent Fees are due upon disbursement of funds to borrower unless other arrangements are made. Evening and weekend appointments welcome.
* Mobile Notary: $5 plus time and distance. Senior discounts.
* COURIER SERVICE: $.40 per mile - Professional, discreet, confidential. $15 miminum, depending on distance and time.
* SERVICE OF PROCESS, Verified, including Garnishments. Fee dependent upon Time, Distance, and Difficulty. Mimimum $35, plus return delivery costs.
PARALEGAL SERVICES: Hourly or by the project.
