Welcome to the SodaPopBand web page
Remember when “Soda Pop” was just a beverage you ordered to go along with your cheeseburger?
Well…Not anymore!
“Soda Pop” is a classic 50’s & 60’s Rock ‘n’ Roll DANCE Band, able to grab Your memories and bring you back to yesteryear. Back to the days of poodle skirts, Bobbie socks, duck tails and ’57 Chevy’s and SODA POP Counters.
Each musician has over 20 years of professional experience and brings his or her own style of playing that makes up the “Soda Pop” sound. We come self contained with PA, instruments and amps.
Six musicians with a unique blend of five vocalists, keyboards, bass, lead, rhythm,and drums; we bring to life such hits as "Just 17",“Rock Around The Clock” “Rockin”Robin” "Can't Buy Me Love" “Hanky Panky” “I Think We're Alone Now” "Runaway"and many, many more.
We have opened the Rochester Fair for 3 years,
Performed at the Annual York Harvest Fest. The York Greater Chamber Of Commerce Chili Fest. We have also played fairs in Maine, Mass, and Vermont. Also on our list of bringing audiences into the past; are numerous weddings, private parties, campgrounds,beaches,clubs and even the Mt.Washington Cruise Ship, just to name a few.
Upon request we can also present a sock hop, where we dress to the era, have dance contests (Limbo) complete with prizes, a 2-hour classic country show or a combination of both classic countrty and rock ‘n’ roll.
