Pamper yourself with a stroll on the property, relax in the hammock, on the terrace or beach, listen to the birds and the ocean, swim and snorkel, have a barbecue on the terrace and watch the sun set or, at night have a romantic moonlight bath in the jacuzzi.
Our studio accommodation is located on the northern end of the main villa and includes the following amenities: private entrance, kitchenette, full bathroom with Jacuzzi and air conditioning.

Our one bedroom accommodation is located on the upper southern end of the main villa with a private entrance. It is air condtioned and contains a kitchen, dining/lounge area, bedroom with bay window and full bath ensuite overlooking the property and beach.
Maximum accommodation - 2 adults and one child
Rate: US$135.00 per night + 15% service
Includes housekeeping, use of laundry and main kitchen.

Our 2-room suite accommodation consists of spacious king-size master bedroom with full bath including jacuzzi and double shower, overlooking the ocean. The unit includes a settee and opens onto a wooden deck. The adjacent bedroom is suitable for a couple or used as a lounge area. Other amenities include a private entrance, ceiling fans. Use of the main kitchen is available. Great for two couples or a family of four.

Rate for 2-room suite: US$ 225.00 + 15% service

Villa Accommodation
The main villa comprises four bedrooms, 1 ½ baths, living room, modern eat in kitchen and laundry facility. With the exception of one bedroom, all rooms face the ocean. The master bedroom is spacious and opens onto a wooden deck. It has a huge bathroom/jacuzzi and double shower ensuite and a settee/couch for relaxing. There are four fireplaces.

Rate: US$ 600.00 per night
Weekly rates provided upon request.

Breakfast and dinner provided on request.
Additional amenities include, satellite tv, cable, fax and internet access.
Rates include free entry into Hilly’s Jazz Club. The only jazz club on Front Street, Hamilton featuring live Bermudian entertainment.
West End attractions include: Somerset Village,Heydon Gardens, Somerset Long Bay beach and nature reserve, Daniels Head Eco resort and beach, supermarts, shopping, pubs and bars.
Ireland Island where you will find manicured parks and beaches in a peaceful setting and the Royal Naval Dockyard with historic buildings restored with charm. Here you will find, English pubs, Italian and French restaurants, book store, art galleries, craft market, movie theatre, marina, cruise ships, water sports, ice cream parlour, shopping and much more.
