The Diamondbacks are in a rebuilding season although they are only 7 games out of the first place San Francisco Giants and Los Angeles Dodgers. As of June 22 they are on a 3 game winning streak. The MLB season is not even half-way over yet so the Diamondbacks have plenty of time to try to regain first place and go to the playoffs for a third straight year. The Los Angeles Dodgers are still playing strong after two sweeps in a row they are starting to take over first place and the Dodgers have won nine out of their last ten games. The San Francisco Giants are weakening losing six of their last ten games. If the Dodgers can stay strong through the rest of the season look for them to be a strong competitor in the post-season. But dont count out the Diamondbacks just yet it looks like they could make a comeback. If the Giants cant get anything going they will have to make up some ground on the strong Dodgers.
