Twin Theme Parks

There is interest from a municipality in Asia in regard to a cooperative venture in terms of small-scale, twin theme parks revolving around the SKIMAIRE (TM) and AIR BIWAY CORRIDOR system. This municipality has lands which it wishes to develop, access to public financing and favorable by-laws regarding theme park development.
It wishes to establish a special relation with a North American counterpart (United States or Canada) at the municipal level.

This friendship relation would involve a twinning of municipalities and theme parks. The twinning of cities would follow a conventional format. The twinning of theme parks would establish a profitable business shared by both municipalities.

The theme parks would highlight the SKIMAIRE (TM) and AIR BIWAY CORRIDOR (c) system and other corridor systems such as waterslides within a water park environment. The North American park would be predominantly American in nature with some Asian characteristics while the Asian park would be the inverse situation. They will primarily attract nationals and secondarily each others' foreign tourists.

Both parks would be owned 50-50 by the municipalities; although some private ownership or involvement may be possible. This ownership structure has many advantages. Risks and rewards are shared equally. The establishment of two parks will create economies of scale. Financing is facilitated with two equal partners sharing costs. Lessons learned at one site can be applied to the second site. Finally, jobs can be created in both municipalities in the service and manufacturing fields.

The twinning of theme parks allows medium-sized municipalities the opportunity to cooperate at the international level. These special kinds of water parks which are centered on the SKIMAIRE (TM) and ABC along with other corridor rides will attract a steady stream of customers. The theme parks will draw people to these cities -- people who have money to spend and at the same time create local jobs.
