SHIPPING POLICIES:
Once your purchase has been finalized, we require a valid phone number and/or email address for shipping. We are certified through Fed Ex to ship live reptiles. For the safety of the animals, we ship Monday through Wednesday only. Animals are shipped in an appropriately sized, labeled and foam insulated shipping box. Included as necessary, is a 40-hour heat pack or cold pack. In extreme weather conditions, we reserve the right to delay shipping. We gladly offer live arrival on all our animals, with a few provisions: one, the package must be signed for and received on the first delivery attempt by the purchaser or authorized agent. Adult signature is required for all deliveries.
Although we track and follow the package until delivery is made and make every attempt to resolve any issues as soon as possible, we apologize, but we cannot be responsible for carrier delays. Any DOA's must be reported immediately and for claims purposes, please do not dispose of the animal or packaging.
Failure to comply with any or all of our shipping policies will void your guarantee. Your satisfaction is our priority and we appreciate your business!
