Entitled: Holy Angels Obeying God, Broken Wings and Fallen Angels

Before the declaration which commanded the dust of the heavens to swirl into being, before the Great Andromeda galaxy was created, before Halley's comet sliced thru the mysterious passageways of the heavens, and before those "whom He did foreknow, He also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren. Moreover whom He did predestinate them He called: and whom He called also He justified: and whom He justified He also glorified" before all this the bible says, "In the beginning God..." Genesis 1:1. These four words reveal His majesty's existence came before any of the creation. The Eternal Self-Existent "I AM" Whom stands outside the chronological sequence of events, and Whose volition orbits around creation, and will not return void. "That by the Word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water". This verse reveals God separated the water from the firmament via verbal command almost 6,000 years ago. "Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished". More likely this flood took place in reference to events in Genesis chapter 6, wherein, God destroyed the world via a flood during the days of Noah. In Ezekiel chapter 28 verse 15 in a description of satan the depiction reads, "Thou wast perfect in all thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee". What God creates whether that creation is visible, or invisible He creates it in perfection. Yet, rebellion leads to destruction, and sin wreaks havoc on the creation. Now if what the Lord creates is "perfect", Why does Genesis 1:2 read, "And the earth was without form, and void" ? Originally, "the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy" when the Lord "laid the foundations of the earth...laid the measures thereof...Who laid the corner stone thereof". Job 38:4-7. The Hebraic reading of this verse would be read that the earth was "null" and "waste". 'If' that's the case, How did it get that way ? Now back to 2 Peter 3 "But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same Word are kept in store, reserved to fire against the day of judgement and perdition of ungodly men". This verse is saying eventually the "luck" (A word that comes form "lucifer") of the wicked will someday run out, and God will destroy the world via judgement by fire.
In today's world the forces of nature will sometimes behave contrary to it's normal course. Indeed, we need to ask ourselves, Can sin and rebellion lead to violent changes in the environment, or alternate weather patterns accordingly ? Jesus said before His second coming "there shall be signs in the sun and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring: Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken". Luke 21:25-26. Then again I find it fascinating that no one wants to take the sin/environment question seriously. In Deuteronomy 28:23-24 God warned that the increase in sin would affect weather conditions when He stated, "And thine heaven that is over thy head shall be brass, and the earth that is under thee shall be iron. The Lord shall make the rain of the land powder and dust: from heaven it shall come down upon thee until thou be destroyed". This description speaks of drought and a poor crop output from lack of water, or even flooding. As the approaching Fall of 2002 season nears the entire portion of southern Africa is being threatened with famine, due to a poor crop season. Also, acid rain and several other factors could easily apply to the latter verse, or it could simply mean desert like conditions will result depending on earth's time period, and the geographical designation.
Nevertheless, there are some scholars whom believe there were actually two falls of God's holy angels. Please allow me to inject into this paper if you are calling yourself a Christian to say that the devil does not exist is to dispute the Word of the living God. For "Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God...In hope of eternal life, in which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began...". Matthew 4:4; Titus 1:2. Now let's get back to this 'before the world began' statement. As I revealed earlier in the combination of Job 38:4-7 and Ezekiel 28:11-17 indicates angelic beings were created before the establishment of the heavens and the earth. Since the fall of Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden the Lord would not call fallen humanity 'perfect'. We are called to strive towards perfection, but we are not yet perfect. Matthew 5:48. And while the Bible calls Noah perfect in Genesis 6:9, and may use the word on other humans as well, it is only in comparison with other humans during the times in whence they live confirmed in Romans 3:23.
Isaiah 14:12-17 informs us satan fell to pride due to his beauty. In contrast, the description of the Lord ? Isaiah 53:2-3. satan coveted God's position in the heavenly realm, and in his self-defeating arrogance the Bible records he used the personal pronoun "I" five times to exalt, and attempt to occupy the most powerful government in universal history. AN IMPOSSIBLE THOUGHT INDEED !!! After egotistically craving the Lord's position in the heaven lies he subliminally influenced 1/3 of all angels in creation to follow him for "he was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it". John 8:44; Revelation 12:4. And while he injects his filthy thoughts into people's thinking (2 Corinthians 10:3-5; Ephesians 2:2-4) he also influences wicked angels, and humans to do his bidding via a vast sophisticated mafian styled clique operated by fear, intimidation, and brutality. Ephesians 6:10-13; 1 Peter 5:8-9. he is cunning, besides others both Eve and King David knew of him. Genesis 3; 1 Chronicles 21. his techniques have not changed, and he challenged Eve and Christ thru the same methods: Attempting to lure them to sin via appetite, disobedience, self-reliance, and more power (With Eve it worked). In the first chapter of Job we can witness a glimpse of his personality: Resentment, accusation, schematism, challenge, and hostility. But, in Luke 10:18-19 the Lord Jesus Christ has declared, "I beheld satan as lightning fall from heaven. Behold, I give you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you". satan can work thru the highest echolons of earth's political governments, or thru the lowliest porn magazine at the neighborhood newsstand. satan's unclean spirits have influenced sports, entertainment, telecommunications, military networks, music, and millions of people to disobey God's eternal moral standards. Standards based on the way of love. Revelation 12:9.
Aaaaaah ! But, if you are a true child of the Lord you are safe in the body of Jesus Christ, AND NOTHING SHALL BY ANY MEANS HURT YOU !!! That does not mean that you won't get trials. Also, if he does not challenge you, mayhaps, he considers you defeated already. he usually challenges two types of people: Neo-Christians (To steal their faith) and dangerous Christians (Those who take the offensive and stand strong against him and his host).
However, if you are truly a Christian you also have a calvary on your side, because "The angel of the Lord encamps round about them that fear Him" and "For He shall give His angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways. They shall bear thee up in their hands, less thou dash thy foot against a stone". Psalm 34:7; Psalm 91:11-12. As Elisha said, "Fear not: for they that be with us are more than they that be with them". 2 Kings 6:16. Moreover, I like where the book of John states, "You are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is He that is in you, than he that is in the world". 1 John 4:4. We must believe the invisible world is real, and the power that makes it up is real too. Our weopons are listed in Ephesians 6:13-18, and we should realize God's protecting angels are apart of that force.
Now He who is in us is greater than he who is in the world. He is the Lord of host "For our redeemer, the Lord of host (The angelic forces of heaven) is His name, the Holy One of Israel". Isaiah 47:4. He Who is in us ? "For our God is a consuming fire". Hebrews 12:29. And His host ? "And of the angels He says, Who makes His angels spirits, and His ministers a flame of fire...Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation ?" Hebrews 1:7, 14.
In the book of Revelation we learn they will invade the world with the Lord Jesus Christ, and will bring terrifying judgements on this current world. They will help destroy it's political, economic, social, idolatrous, and judicial systems besides doing other things. Revelation 8; 9; 10; 16; 18; and 19. They praise God continually, and surround His holy throne night and day. Revelation 4; 5; Psalm 80:1. They are obedient, and have never sinned against our holy God. Praise the Lord. These holy angels are divided in rank:Archangels, Cherubim, seraphim, and angels. They have served God's purposes/commands to change people's ways from the very beginning. Genesis 3:22-24. They have been used to bring important messages to God's people many times in history. Matthew 1:20-25. Even furtively. Hebrews 13:2. And they have also saved God's people from empires. Isaiah 36-37. Or prison. Acts 12. They donot desire our worship, and we should not consult or pray to them. Revelation 19:10.
Nevertheless, I made a comment previously, "there are some scholars whom believe there were actually two falls of God's holy angels". The first pertains to Isaiah chapter 14, but if we are led to believe Genesis chapter 6 involved angelic beings and human women the Jerusalem Bible reads in Genesis 6:4
"The Nephilim were on the earth at that time (and even afterward) when the sons of God resorted to the daughters of man, and had children by them".
According to this depiction by the time these angels fell the "Nephilim" were already on the earth (satan and his angels), and they were still there after the fall. Is there any scriptural recording of this account ? Yes ! Mayhaps, there is a recording of this event in the non-canonical 1 Enoch which illustrates just such an event. If this is the case, Where are these angels (Refered to as Watchers) now ? We know that many of satan's angels are free to wreak havoc on this world, But where are these others ? "For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved to judgement" or as Jude puts it: " And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, He has reserved in everlasting chains under darkness to judgement of the great day. Even as Sodom and Go-morha, and the cities about them IN LIKE MANNER, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeanse of eternal fire". 2 Peter 2:4; Jude 6-7. It is probable that THESE ARE NOT satan's angels, but those whom fell not by pride, but by sexual lust. The passage indicates those of Sodom and Go-morha fell by a similar manner, and DESCRIBES THE REASON. That reason differs sharply from what's found in Isaiah 14. Now here's a shocker, Could there come a time when such creatures could be released ? Please see Revelation 9:1-11. The book of Enoch ? It is said to be older than the New Testament, and probably much older. Why would the book which depicts the life of "the Way, the Truth, and the Life" (John 14:6) contain apparent quotes from 1 Enoch if the book of Enoch was not meant to be canonical scripture ? Mayhaps, the early Roman Catholic church leaders felt guilty about the books message, and were frightened by it's apocalyptic views ? If the book of Enoch was meant to be a portion of canonized scripture as I believe is the case there is a visible warning for those parts of the Bible which deal with the removal of God's word in Revelation 22:18-19. Let's compare some of the scriptural passages: "The elect shall possess light, joy, and peace; and they shall inherit the earth" Enoch 6:9. "Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth". Matthew 5:5. "...Then they said to their Lord, the King, thou art Lord of lords, God of gods, King of kings. The throne of thy glory is for ever and ever, and for ever and ever is Thy name sanctified and glorified. Thou art blessed and glorified. Thou hast made all things; and all things are open and manifest before thee. Thou beholdest all things, and nothing can be concealed from Thee". Enoch 9:3. "...for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with Him are called, and chosen, and faithful". Revelation 17:14. "Thou art worthy, O Lord to receive glory, and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for Thy pleasure they are and were created". Revelation 4:11. "Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in His sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of Him with Whom we have to do". Hebrews 4:13. Again, "And being numerous in appearance made men profane, and caused them to err; so that they sacrificed to devils as to gods" Enoch 19:2. "But I say, that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice, they sacrifice to devils, and not to God..." 1 Corinthians 10:20.
