WESLEY's REVIEWS
SEASON ONE
EPISODE SIX
'MOANING LISA'

The first Lisa-based episode, and the first episode with its focus purely set on emotion. And boy, what an episode it is. Lisa is now a proper character, rather than a female Bart, and we discover she is actually a very emotional child. Marge is at her best throughout the ep, and although not quite understanding Lisa in the first two acts, pulls through for Lisa in the end. Lovely. The homer-Bart subplot is also tip-top cream of the crop, and complements the main story well. Overall, we get another great S1 ep, with excellent character,a great stories, and a few jokes in there too.
