"What is Elayaway?"
Elayaway.com is similar to traditional layaway allowing shoppers to buy a product online and pay for it in regular automatic installments with automatic clearing house (ACH) processing by HSBC and delivery upon full payment."
"How does Elayaway work?"
You purchase products from us and make your payments over time into your special Elayaway account.
If you have a Checking or Savings account that allows electronic "ACH" payments you can use Elayaway.
"Are my Elayaway payments safe?"
Yes, you make your payments directly to your Elayaway account. Your payments are held in trust by special arrangement with HSBC Bank. HSBC Bank has assets of over $2 Trillion.
"Are my Elayaway payments FDIC Insured?"
Yes, all your payments into your Elayaway account are fully FDIC insured!
"Does Elayaway automatically deduct payments from my Bank account?"
No. YOU determine "when" you will make your payments!
"How long is the layaway period?"
Currently we allow layaway purchases to be spread out over a 3 month period.
"Can I choose the length of time I can place your items on layaway?"
Yes, up to a 3 month period.
"Can I choose the number of payments I make?"
Yes, you can currently choose up to 6 payments (twice monthly) spread out over a 3 month period.
We may extend this time period by special request.
"How do I purchase your neon signs using Elayaway?"
Simply click the "add"
button below any items you wish to purchase from us.
Once you click the add button you will see an Elayaway Now! logo:
You can continue adding different items on different pages to your Shopping Cart before checking out.
Once you are done Shopping you simply click on the Elayaway Now! logo below any item and you will be easily guided through the checkout process!
"Can I buy more that one Neon Sign on layaway?"
Of course. You can purchase as many or as few Neon Signs as you want using Elayaway!
"When will I receive my neon signs?"
Once you send your final payment to Elayaway they will notify us, send us the payment in full, and we will ship your order the next day!
You will then receive them within a few days depending on the area of the Country you live in.
