Shyness and How to Overcome

Shyness is an issue many have tried to overcome, and most have failed again and again only making small improvements. That is because the source of shyness is actually the need or appetite for socialization. The greater the appetite for socialization is in one area, the harder it will be to overcome it. But, you may ask, how come some people socialize so easily when it's so hard for others? The key to answering that question is to look at the two separate people's personality traits. The on that is more reserved is almost always worried about one thing or another, always planning and thinking ahead. While, on the other hand, the one that behaves well socially doesn't need to plan. Everything that they need or want, at least socially, is already there available to them. They don't plan to make their move they just make it. Because they don't hesitate, they quickly learn how to please others. They learn what people like and don't like. They develop a series of routines that they perform automatically, similarly to the way a person might learn to ride a bike. Because they didn't hesitate, they didn't have time to let their apprehension grow and whatever happened, simply happened. This is how they overcame their fears, by not letting them have time to grow. If you look at how they behave, they don't even seem to care about their inward desire to socialize and achieve relationships. They don't have to. They don't wish for something specific, either, they merely take what is readily available. To be brave one must forget their worries and just keep going no matter what setbacks may occur. No plan matters. The conditions will probably never occur for you to use it anyway. Just take whatever opportunity you see with no hesitation. You soon won't have to worry for all your desires will be satisfied, as easily and quickly as spotting the right opportunity.
