Q: How long will it take to get my order delivered?
A: We pack and ship all orders 5 to 7 business days after recieving payment. All orders are shipped DHL,US Postal or UPS Ground Delivery directly from our warehouse,unless specified.
Q: What if my order is delivered damaged?
A: Return the damaged item to us for a full refund or we will re-ship a replacement if requested.
Q: What if I want to return an item?
A: If you choose to return an item(not damaged), A 20% re-stocking charge will be applied.
Q: What if an item is out of stock?
A: Our typical out-of-stock rate is less than 5%, but if any product you order is out of stock, you will be notified and offered a credit, exchange or a refund.
