At HSHCRC Homes we redevelopment low income communities. We build low income homes on property that's been donated by people who owns money to city and county. We pay off the debt for them and they recieve a donation letter from us.
We also have a program to help you repair your credit while you are in the home of your Dream. We take part of your rent and pay your debt and the other part going to your rent. You are on a 6 month to 2 year plan. Once we have paid off your debt you will be approve from our lending company to purchase the home you are presently in. Send us your name address and phone number and we will call for an appointment.
S.E.E.D Program
Our S.E.E.D (Saving the Enviornment for the Edlerly and Disable) We receive donated money and equipment from various places and we repair elderly and disable homes. We repair the roofs and foundation.
