Ok, ok, I'll write some secrets.
*Note, I will put credit where it is due. If there is no "submitted by", I did it.
Get the sinking lure and catch the Loach:
After you pay the 50-rupee fee, go to the log. The sinking lure is usually found there. Afterwards, use the Iron Boots and the Blue Tunic to go underwater and look for an eel(the Loach) and Z-Target it. Walk out slowly then cast at it. Figure it out.
Die slower in death Mountain Crater:
USE THIS BEFORE YOU GET THE RED TUNIC! Play the Song Of Storms in Death Mountain Crater and your time to death will increase.
1. Unlimited Gold Skulltullas
First of all find a gold skulltulla in an underground location (the best one is after you bomb the tree on the right after coming out of Kakariko Village, then go down the hole). It is easier to do if you are Young Link. Find the spider in the hole and kill it. Now Z-target it with your boomerang and go as far back as possible before letting the boomerang go. Once you've thrown it, dart back to the light ray using backflips to go back up. If the dialogue box telling you that you've got a Gold Skulltulla token come up, only partly filled in, then it's worked. If the full amount of words come up and you are still in the hole, then reset and try again. It's worth doing though because if you're looking for Gold Skulltullas after beating Ganon it means that you don't have to go through all of the Temples again trying for the hard to get Skulltullas.
2. Extra Bottles
For a start, get out an empty bottle. Swing it at something collectable in a bottle and press Start halfway through the swing. Now select a different item with C and place it over the top of the bottle. That item will now turn into a bottle. NOTE: Bottles created as Adult Link can only be used by Adult Link and vice versa. Personally, I wouldn't use weapons or spells to turn into bottles. The only items I would use would be the Claim Check after you've completed Adult Link's Trading Sequence and the Magic Beans, after you've used all ten of them. (If you've lost count then try to buy some more at Zora's River. If they are sold out then there are none left at all.)
3. Deformed Chicken / Wolf
Go to Lake Hylia and Stand on one of the banks to that you are partly in the water. Now play the Sun's Song on your Ocarina and quickly get underwater. The chicken (for morning) and the wolf (for night) will sound different.
4. Sign Repairing
After you've slashed a sign to pieces with your sword, just play Zelda's Lullaby while standing next to it and watch it float back together.
5. Chicken Attack
If you attack a chicken a few times with your sword, then it'll chase you until you die or leave that place. The chicken will also get all of the other chickens to attack you. If you're on Epona, a bunch of chickens attacking you can actually speed you up, without hurting you.
6. Play Your Sword like an Ocarina
Press Start and go to the Quest Status screen. Now select an Ocarina tune to practice from the top row of notes (the grey ones). When you play the song, hold the analogue stick up. Keep it held up then press start after you've finished the song. You can now play the Ocarina when you're running around. If you want to stop this, just play a tune on your actual Ocarina.
7. Use any Weapon on Epona
When you're fighting Ganon, he'll knock your Master Sword away. When he does this, save your game and reset it. Now when you ride Epona on Hyrule Field, you can select any weapon that you want.
8. Get Epona Stuck
Try jumping over a fence on Epona at a weird angle and occasionally, she'll attempt the jump, but get stuck on the top. This'll freeze the game, so just reset it if it does.
9. Secret Bowser Necklace
As Adult Link, go to Lon Lon Ranch and look closely at the necklace on Malon (the girl) and you'll notice that it's shaped like Bowser's head.
10. Time Travelling Dogs
As a child, get a dog to follow you at night time in Hyrule Market. Play the Sun's Song and the dog will still be following you.
11. Freeze the Game in the Deku Tree
Beat the final boss in the Deku Tree using Deku Nuts and the game will crash, needing it to be reset.
12. Stalchildren Ignore You
At night time, when the Stalchildren come out when you're Young Link, put on your Bunny Hood and none will come out. Staying on dirt will also work.
13. Skulltulla Indicator
After you have got all of the Gold Skulltullas in a certain area, a symbol representing a gold skulltulla will appear on the dungeon map.
14. Secret "Forest Stage"
As young link, when you've got the skull mask, go right, left, right, left, left in the Lost Woods and cover the area of grass around the tree until you fall down a hole. Now put the skull mask on and all of the Deku Scrubs will pop out and start dancing. You'll be led to a bigger scrub who will give you the ability to carry more Deku Sticks, because it likes your "face".
Try other masks...
15. Free Milk
To get as much life giving Lon Lon Milk as you want, learn Epona's Song as Young Link by talking to Malon at Lon Lon Ranch. Now make sure you have an empty bottle and play Epona's Song when you're next to a cow and you'll get a full bottle of milk.
16. Upgraded Bomb Capacity
To increase your bomb capacity as Young Link, bomb the Goron rolling around the top floor of Goron City. He'll stop. Now bomb him again before he rolls off and he'll upgrade your bomb bag for you.
17.Floating Arrow Trick.
As adult Link, go anywhere you can talk to people. (Try Kakariko village.) Then get your bow out and put and load a arrow. You must Z-target the person. Then talk to anyone. Then it looks like a floating arrow!(Kinda Scary Huh?) When you finish talking, the arrow goes back to your quiver.
Note: 1 through 17 are taken from, with permission, Spike's site.
Have a cow, man:
To get a cow, beat the race to go around twice. She(Malon) will giv you a cow
