If you corner a chicken and attack it repeatedly, a flock of chickens will attack you!

Easily Kill the Last Boss

Look Out!

In certain places, attacking innocents will make Link invisible, but enemies can still see you. If you turn invisible, go into a house, or exit one. When you're going to a house, walk with your sword charged. You can still see your weapons.

Lure a Boulder to the Wrong Turn

You have to be on the left or right side to do this. For example, about that heart piece in the grotto at the cemetary you may think you need the hookshot but you dont. Get on the left of the boulder, go up as far as you can, then push the boulder to your right, and it should actually go downward. The opposite sides will work as well, but this may take time. This code is great to use in Eagle's Tower(L-7) to beat it in short time. If the boulder goes straight then retry and go further up.

Musical Differences
If you enter "ZELDA" as your name in the beginning, all of the background music will be different.

Powerful Weapons
If you select the bombs and the arrows at the same time, press A and B together to send a burning explosive arrow across the screen!

Go to Toronbo Shores, where you see the monkey throwing coconuts at you. Slash the coconuts and grab the rupees. Sometimes they contain pieces of power and acorn of defence, but watch out for bombs!

Go to where you get the mushroom for the witch, use the Power Bracelet on the wall where the grass is leading to, and you can pick it up!

Screen Warp

Walk to the edge of the screen, but don't cross over. When you cross over, press select. If timed correctly, you will appesr at the opposite side you are supposed to appear at! This works well everywhere except dungeons.

Steal from a Store

At the store in Mabe Village, when you see those over-priced items in the store, believe it or not, you can steal them. First grab the item, then run around the shopkeeper, then run out the door. But make sure the shopkeeper is looking away from you... and also, returning to the shop kills you, but if you saved the game, you still get to keep the item!

Strong Weapon

You have to have the hookshot and boomerang to perform the attack. Put the boomerang on the B button and the hookshot on the A button and press both A and B buttons at the same time!

Two Swords Glitch

When you find a Piece of Power walk up to it but don't get it yet make sure Link is facing upward and swing your sword and you should see a sword on top and beside of Link.

Heh, if you go to that house with Chomp Chomp, go to the back and squeeze into the corner between the large house and the sub-house. Keep squeezing. Eventually you'll disappear and arrive in a dungeon. It's weird. Sometimes it looks like the first one, sometimes it has Chomp Chomp. Other times you can walk through walls. After entering, reset the game. DO NOT SAVE!
