Karate
I go to Karate in Hamilton Ontario. I'm a Jr. Black Belt. Have you ever though about going to karate? If so then just click the link called MKS Martial Arts and you will go the the MKS Matial Arts Website. From there you can see what Karate is all about! And if you like it then you can come in and sign up. I hope this was enough information for you! We also go to tournaments all over the U.S.A. We compete in a cercuit called the International Federation of Martial Arts there's a link so you can see where I am in the Standings for this year. In Feburary we will be going to a awards banquet in N.Y that's where we will be getting our awards. I have two first place and three second place. But if Karate is not your thing then you can do Karobix It's an excerise program to music. It will help you get in shape and you can have fun doing it.
