This is to introduce to you Peachtree Complete Accounting Software.
PCA features are many but some of them are:
REPORTS: - Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Budget Vs Actual, General Ledger, Trial Balance, Statement of Change in Financial Position. There are over 100 reports on various accounts and ledgers including: Accounts Payable, Inventory, Sales, Cost of goods sold, Payroll, Job Costing, Cash & Bank accounts & bank Reconciliation, Accounts Receivable, General ledger, Time Calculations & Billings, Fixed Assets Register.
GENERAL LEDGER: - limitless number of alpha numeric characters for account identifications, 12 months fiscal year recording and reversing entries, 2 years transaction details but more than 99 years transaction space. It allows for user defined & implemented budget, lucid account on line and masking.
AUDIT TRAIL-anti fraud facility exists for monitoring users and changes at any time.
SALES & ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE: - IAS has all you need to sell to customers and collect your money. It has multiple price levels for inventory items, it automatically check for customers credit limit, it allows differential payment terms for each customers, immediate invoicing at point of sales, records part payment of invoices and ageing of debtors. It provides information by sales representative, cash and credit sales reporting, on line cash / credit sales recording, early payment discount.
PURCHASES & ACCOUNTS PAYABLE: - These Software have the ability to print a customised purchase order with your company letterhead, track your creditors, how much, how old and when due. It enters reoccurring events and entries for purchase and payment, and all the information you need to pay your bills.
INVENTORY MONITORS & CONTROL: - These packages are designed to help you track your stocks in quantity and value using FIFO, LIFO, & AVERAGE Costing methods. A set of pricing level is maintained for each stock item. There are also 20-character alphanumeric item ID in used for stocks, stock level and status alert at all times and critical levels are available. Stocks are assigned locations each shows overages and shortages.
JOB / CONTRACT COSTING: - They allow you to establish and continue to monitor the profitability of your contract, distributes cost, revenue, payments, sales, payroll, purchases for jobs, maintain job records, for each personnel, subcontractor, customer and jobs/contracts.
PAYROLL AND STAFF COSTING: - These IAS customise earnings like basic salary, house, transport, medical, lunch allowance, etc less deductions like PAYE, NSITF, Union dues, Pension Contributions etc. It accounts for hourly, daily, weekly and monthly payroll calculations, prints pay slips and issue payroll reports.
BANK ACCOUNT RECONCILIATION: -They have bank reconciliation software in-built in the system clears paid checks, itemise outstanding checks and deposits & issue bank reconciliation statements.
