Get away from the hotel madness! This home is your vehicle to relax and enjoy the true San Francisco culture. This smoke-free, two bedroom home, sleeps four comfortably, beautiful hardwood floors, architectural details built in 1924.
This home has a newly remodeled kitchen, bright, airy and spacious, but most of all, comfortable and cozy. Located in a traffic-free and great neighborhood, this home offers guests a perfect place to wind down after a full day of touring the most beautiful, well-diversed, and well-cultured city in the country.
Parking is not a hassle, you are provided with a driveway/garage. But really, there is no need to drive, shopping and transportation are within walking distance. Muni buses and Bart stops are nearby.
Amenities: Phone, Cable TV, DVD/VCR, Stereo, Full Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Cooking Utensils provided, Linens provided, Washer & Dryer, No Smoking and no pets.
A 2 night minimum stay is $200.00 per night with a $150.00 refundable damage deposit and a $85.00 non-refundable cleaning fee.
For a one week stay, (seventh night is free) the rate is $1200.00, with a refundable $300.00 damage deposit and $150.00 non-refundable cleaning fee.
For Longer stays, the rate is negotiable.
To reserve your stay, a 50% deposit is required to secure your requested dates. Balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival date. For your convenience, you may pay with Visa/MC through www.paypal.com. NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED.
If you cancel within 4 weeks of your arrival date, 50% of your deposit is returned to you.
Check-in time is normally after 3 p.m. but it is flexible depending if prior guests are out on time. Check-out time is 12 noon, again it is flexible if no guests are checking in that day.
