The Prophecy Page VII: Enter the Fourth Reich

Entitled: Enter the Fourth Reich, the Rise of the Assyrian and
the Babylonian

The good thing about the Bible is that it is the Word of a Holy God Whom has the ability to reveal the future. The good thing about the Bible is that it reveals to us "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever should believe in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life". John 3:16. The good thing about the bible is that it reveals to us God "ascended up on high, He led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men...for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: Til we come in the fullness of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ". Ephesians 4:12-13. In Corinthians 12:4-11 we can view a list of those gifts; yet, for now I desire to focus on just two of them: Prophecy and Discernment. The first time the Lord Jesus Christ came to this earth to save humanity He came in the flesh to save human beings for eternal happiness. During such a time He criticized the Pharisees and Saducees for failing to discern the critical time, in whence, they lived saying, "When it is evening ye say, It will be fair weather for the sky is red. And in the morning it will be foul weather today: for the sky is red and lowering. O ye hypocrites, you can discern the face of the sky: but can ye not discern the signs of the times ?" Matthew 16:2-3. They should have recognized Him as their Savior and Messaiah. Yet, alas "For I would not brethren, that you should be ignorant of this mystery, less you should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness "IN PART" is happened to Israel, until the fullness of the Gentiles be come in. And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Zion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob: For this is My covenant to them when I shall take away their sins. As concerning the gospel they are enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are beloved for the Fathers sakes. For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance". Romans 11:25-29. This invites hope of course. Moreover, in the days of ancient Israel the Israeli tribe of Issachar had this distinction: "And the children of Issachar, which were men that had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do; the heads of them were two hundred; and all their brethren were at their commandment". 1 Chronicles 12:32. This "understanding of the times" is vital concerning the second coming of the Lord Yeshua (Jesus Christ) Moshiach, and we must pay heed to the signs..."Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution. But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived". 2 Timothy 3:12-13. Before His second coming the Bible states,"And in the latter time of their kingdom, when the transgressors are come to the full, a king of fierce countenance, and understanding dark sentences, shall stand up. And his power shall be mighty, but not by his own power: and he shall destroy wonderfully, and shall prosper, and practice, and shall destroy the mighty and the holy people. And through his policy also he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand; and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy many: he shall stand up against the Prince of princes; but he shall be broken without hand. And the vision of the evening and the morning was true; wherefore shut thou up the vision; for it shall be for many days". Daniel 8:23-26. Now let's go thru this intriguing, and informational scripture again. The phrase "in latter times" as mentioned in my other paper "The Prophecy Page V: The Showdown" refers to our time. Also, the phrase "when the transgressors are come to the full" refers to the breaking and disregard of God's commandments. Many today cannot believe the horrors of the second world war are going to be repeated on a global scale, and inflict incredible carnage on all nations worse than in World War Two. Yet, the Bible says it will happen. Today, Christians are called "the salt of the earth", and Jesus has said, "Salt is good...". Matthew 5:13; Mark 9:50. The question is, Why is salt "good" ? In ancient times salt was used to do two things: First it was used as a flavoring agent. As Christians we are to apply the fruit of the Spirit in our lives. What is the fruit of the Spirit ? "Love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, self-control: against such there is no law". Galatians 5:22-23. Now in ancient times salt was also used as a purifying agent for preservation purposes. Christians via the power of the Holy Spirit can cast out devils for the purposes of purification so that the Lord's beauty and cleanliness can shine in their lives accordingly (Not to mention to simply be closer in their walk with the Lord). Mark 16:15-18; 1 John 3:1-3. However, What would happen if the aforementioned characteristics along with forgiveness, mercy, compassion, thankfulness, repentance, and other good qualities were isolated from the rest of the world and removed ? What would happen if the hellish devastations of evil were permitted to run rampant, and unchecked through out the world ? In other words, What would happen if "all hell broke loose" ? In reference to the Holy Spirit 2 Thessalonians 2:6-7 reads "And now you know what withholds that he might be revealed in his time. For the iniquity (lawlessness) does already work: only He Who now let's will let, until He be taken out of the way". There will come a time when "the transgressors are come to the full" for "Whosoever comits sin transgresses also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law". 1 John 3:4. Now if the Holy Spirit were to take Christians out of the way, Where will they go ? Is it possible the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan will become this place of shelter for Christians ? Isaiah 16:4-5 states, "Let mine outcast dwell with thee, Moab; be thou a covert to them from the face of the spoiler: for the extortioner is at an end, the spoiler ceaseth, the oppressors are consumed out of the land. And in mercy shall the throne be established: and He shall sit upon it in truth in the tabernacle of David, judging, and seeking judgement, and hasting righteousness". Moreover, scriptures also state that modern Israel will be invaded by the neo-Roman Empire. "He shall enter also into the glorious land, and many countries shall be overthrown: but these shall escape out of his hand, even Edom, and Moab, and the chief of the children of Ammon". Daniel 11:41. Many of the various nations of Africa and the Mid-East will be conquered with cruelty, perfidy, and callousness. Other prophecies also reveal Jordan will eventually be annexed/conquered too. Ezekiel 35; Isaiah 16:6-14.
The Bible states this leader will have a "fierce countenance" which depicts a facial contortion of cruel demeanor. When the Lord sent the prophet Ezekiel to the rebellious house of Israel He instructed Ezekiel "And thou, son of man, be not afraid of them, neither be afraid of their words, though briers and thorns be with thee, and thou dwell among scorpions: be not afraid of their words, nor be dismayed at their looks, though they be a rebellious house". Ezekiel 2:6. Yet, when it comes to obeying the Word of God against the seeming brutality of a Dictator a wise man once said, "Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter. Fear God, and keep His commandments: for this is the whole duty of man. For God shall bring every work into judgement, with every evil thing, whether it be good or whether it be evil". Ecclesiastes 12:13-14. This leader shall "understand dark sentences" which indicates his philosophical-political outlook will be from a source other than the "good book". It may also indicate he will be a master geo-political strategist, and a brillant political orator too. And his philosophical beliefs ? Mein Kamph ? Machiavelli ? Nietzche ? Who knows ? But the scriptures state, "For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God. For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent. Where is the wise ? where is the scribe ? where is the disputer of this world ? hath not God made foolish the wisdom of the world ? For after that the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by foolishness of preaching to save them that believe".
1 Corinthians 1:18-21. His political beliefs are written out on a one way ticket going straight to a lake of fire for destruction. And so is he. Revelation 19:11-21. The phrase "his power shall be mighty, but not by his own power" reveals he will be satan controlled. For the blinded people of this present age ? "They worshipped the dragon Which Gave Power Unto The Beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast ? who is able to make war with him ?" Revelation 13:4. The dragon ? "And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him". Revelation 12:9. satan's power will be the real power of this fiery puppet. ":And he shall destroy wonderfully, and shall prosper, and practice" Indeed, he will conquer whole nations with ease, and swallow their military armaments as if they were a mere pile of toys. Daniel 11:42-43. "And shall destroy the mighty and the holy people" Who are the mighty and the holy people ? In the Torah God informed ancient Israel why they were chosen in Deuteronomy 7:6-26. And in the New Testament Christians are given the same reasons in
1 Peter 2:9-10; Romans 9:13-33; and 2 Thessalonians 1:4-10. He will attack the Lord's people, and cause them to be attacked. Scriptures reveal a false evangelistic church will cause harm to the true church of God. "They shall put you out of the synagogoues: yea, the time comes that whosoever kills you will think that he does God service" John 16:2. "And through his policy also he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand". This satanically induced global leader will have worldwide influence, but Lucifer will be the true figure of admiration. Yet, after his downfall people will marvel, and the Lord will show everyone satan is real. "They that see thee shall narrowly look upon thee, and consider thee, saying, Is this the man that made the earth to tremble, that did shake kingdoms; That made the world as a wilderness, and destroyed the cities thereof; that opened not the house of his prisoners ? Isaiah 14:16-17. People will probably be astonished due to one of two reasons: 1) his (satan's) incredibly innocuous appearance wrapped in beauty, or 2) his seeming trivality wrapped in insignificance. "He shall magnify himself in his heart..." This wicked ruler's conceit will be all about "himself", "...and he opened his mouth against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven". Revelation 13:6. As a matter of fact he will want to be first so much that he will turn on, and begin to kill members of his own supporting church whom for their part have caused the killings of Jesus Christ true representatives. "And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying to me, Come hither; and I will show thee the judgement of the great whore that sits upon many waters...And upon her forehead was a name written, Mystery Babylon the Great, The Mother of Harlots and Abominations of the Earth. (This "Mother" is currently that great church which is situated in Rome, and her "daughters" are those Sunday keeping apostate churches regardless of denominational affiliation)And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the Martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration....And he saidth unto me, the waters which thou sawest where the whore sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues. And the ten horns which thou saweth upon the beast, these shall hate the whore, and shall make her desolate, and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire". Revelation 17:1, 5-6, 15-16; John 16:2. The ten nations are the ten horns under the control of this dictatorial "beast", and they shall directly be under his control to fight against the Lord Jesus Christ regarding His second coming. Revelation 17:14. They will be overthrown, smashed, crushed, and defeated, but before all of this he will "by peace shall destroy many". Many believe a covenant between the restored Roman Empire, and the nation of Israel will take place. If we turn our attention to Psalm 55:19-23 it states, "God shall hear, and afflict them, even He that abideth of old. Selah. Because they have no changes, therefore they fear not God. He hath put forth his hands such as be at peace with him: he hath broken his covenant. The words of his mouth were smoother than butter, but war was in his heart: his words were softer than oil, yet were they drawn swords. Cast thy burden upon the Lord and He shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved. But thou, O God, shalt bring them down to the pit of destruction: bloody and deceitful men shall not live out half their days; but I will trust in thee". This leader will influence nations to believe in order to preserve the peace the world's enemies must be subdued via war and conquest. The only peace he will be interested in is harangues, control, meddling in the affairs of sovereign states, and a piece of the action via truculence. How's that for "piece" ? To read more about God's stern rebuke concerning this leader see
Isaiah 10; 14:18-27. The prophecy continues "He shall stand up against the Prince of princes...", or as Revelation 19:19 states, "And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against Him that sat on the horse, and against His army". "But in the last days, after that tribulation, the sun shall be darkened and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers that are in heaven shall be shaken (See that ye refuse not Him that speaketh, For if they escaped not who refused Him that spoke on earth, much more shall we escape, if we turn away from Him that speaketh from heaven: Whose voice shook the earth: but now He hath promised, saying, Yet once more I shake not the earth only, but also heaven...whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear; For our God is a consuming fire". Hebrews 12:25-26, 28-29.) And then shall they see the Son of man coming in the clouds with great power and glory.
