Profile - Serpent
Winston 'Serpent' Fulgence is the bands keyboard player. The funny man of the band he constantly has the whole group falling about with laughter, even on stage! One of the most popular members of the band he provides the relief that is often needed in the hectic life that is the music business.
Winston “Serpent” Fulgence worked in the same bands as Drummer ANIMAL throughout his career. They started out with the MIGHT SHADES which then became SHEER GOLD who performed with LEROY ANTHONY, WINSTON GROOVY, DESMOND DECKER, NITTY GRITTY, PINCHERS, LEROY SMART, JOSEPH COTTON, MAXI PRIEST, JOHNNY CLARKE, KING KONG, ANTHONY RED ROSE, HOT CHOCOLATE, RAY ANTHONY and JOE BONI.
Sheer Gold included Jerry Lyons who went on to form the CAUTION BAND with Maxi Priest and bass player Black Steel who in turn went on to play with MAD PROFFESSOR and THE KLF amongst others.
Serpent plays Yamaha and Kawai keyboards.
