an approach which enables the Karate practitioner to overcome his fear and develop a strong fighting spirit.
La Habra I.K.S. Karate-Do Club. Is located on the City of La Habra California, under La Habra Community Services Program. This Club teaches the style called Shito-ryu,created by Sensei Kenwa Mabuni, and is one of the most popular karate styles of the japanese karate systems. La Habra I.K.S. karate-Do Club is affiliated to the International Karate Shito-Ryu Federation (I.K.S.) and the USA-NKF.(United States of America National Karate Federation) the governing body for the sport of Karate in the U.S.A.
