ABOUT SARAH
Sarah is a clincial researcher working at the Veterans Affairs in Seattle, WA. Although she claims Seattle as her hometown, she did spend an awesome 17 years in the South!
ABOUT BRIAN
Brian is a Vice President in the advertising business in Seattle although his early work was in television production! He is a recent home owner and spends his time training for triathlons when he isn't stuck running around with Sarah!
HOW WE MET
We met at a church potluck hosted by my Aunt Shirley! I never thought that I would meet the man of my dreams while consuming purple jello! We sat at the same table and it was very hard to get a word out of him...imagine, me with a quiet man! There was an early spark and an early flirtation which led to what you are reading today!

HOW IT HAPPENED
We were at Brian's house on Sunday evening watching my favorite movie: Bridget Jones. The movie had ended and he let me open a letter he handed to me on Friday. I hadn't been able to open it before this because there were instructions to wait until he told me to open it. I had waited 3 days! It was beautiful...his words of love and adoration melted my heart. When I had finished reading the card, he proposed. He then gave me his grandmother's ring for my engagement.
