Senior outside hitter Jason Yang of Granada Hills (12-1, 9-1) had 11 kills and senior middle hitter Josh Chong added nine kills as the Highlanders clinched the West Valley League tiitle against visiting Chatsworth (9-4, 7-3). Chatsworth, which is the four-time defending City champion, was led by senior middle hitter Cody Loe, who had 15 kills, and senior outside hitter Alex Vargas, who had nine kills.
