Chibi-Chibi is this absolutely adorable little kid, who first appeared riding on an umbrella (think Mary Popppins).Her umbrella blew away and Serena caught it and gave it back to her. Chibi-Chibi then followed her home. She later dissappeared, but when Serena got home, she was there and her mother said she was part of the family. She can't talk, she can only mimic other people or say "chibi." Chibi-Chibi, after touching Eternal Sailor Moon's Tier, turned into Sailor Chibi-Chibi.
