THE JAMES ANDERSON CASE
James Anderson was falsely accused of rape in 1985 by a deranged serial false accuser who made her allegation against James in order to file an unjust one million dollar lawsuit. Mr. Anderson was wrongly convicted in 1989 and given a 10 year prison term. Mr. Anderson invites any members of the media and press to contact him for additional information on his wrongful conviction. James also hopes one day to find legal help to overturn his wrongful conviction. He has the transcripts of the civil trial and video tapes of the criminal trial.
He also has the findings of a lie detectors test that shows his innocence, parole board transcripts, additional newspaper, magazine, and book articles on his wrongful conviction, his years in prison, a 1990 prison break, and his continuing fight to clear his name.
