It is your Responsibility as a member to read & Agree to these TOS before you signup for the list. Regardless of whether you do read them or not, by signing up for ANY of these lists and validating your account(s) you have AGREED to follow these TOS.
**DO NOT USE THE SAME EMAIL ADDRESS FOR BOTH CONTACT AND LIST EMAIL. I need to be able to contact you with important info about the safelist. If your contact mail bounces more than 5x in one month you will be deleted. If your list email bounces you will be set to vacation - until you empty your box or change your email address. Members whose accounts consistently bounce will be removed with NO refund.
**YOU AGREE TO RECEIVE MEMBER UPDATES AND SOLO ADS FROM THE ADMIN - Member updates & Solo Ads will be sent to your contact email address. By joining you are agreeing to receive these updates/solos and can NOT refer to them as spam. I DO send out Solo ads, but no more than 4 per day (unless a Priority Solo Ad is purchased, they go out as they are purchased)! ! EXEC/PLATINUM members do not receive Solo Ads from ME, but you may receive them from the HOSTS of some of my Safelists! IF you belong to ALL 38 of my Safelists you will receive multiple copies of the same admin message OR Solo ad, ONE for EACH Safelist - this CANNOT be considered as SPAM!!!
**NO SPAM FILTERS INLCUDING SPAM TERMINATOR Spam filters are NOT permitted on your CONTACT or your LIST email address. The safelist emails are not spam, can not be filtered for spam and no safelist owner should have to verify
that they are real in order for the safelist members to receive the safelist emails.)
**SPAM BLOCKING EMAIL ADDRESSES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN Anyone using a spam blocking email address will have their account suspended. As a safelist owner my emails to you must go through without having to verify I am a real person!! (spamarrest, mailblock, swat-O, etc)
**AUTORESPONDERS ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN Anyone using an autoresponder will have their account terminated.This includes any autoresponder domains (Getresponse,freeautobot,sendfree,smartreply etc)
**NO DUPLICATE ACCOUNTS - Only 1 account per MEMBER!
**SUBMITTER USAGE - Most all of my Lists are listed with Ipostad and The subber; Some may be listed with Majestic Submit, SimplySafelists, Friendlee, KrazyLikeAFox, & SafelistGirls. These are the ONLY Authorized submitters I have personally added my lists to. If you signup through any other submitter you run the risk of having that account deleted. DO NOT Add ANY of my Lists to ANY Submitter without my permission! When using submitters PLEASE signup for ONE account only! Any duplicates will be deleted!! (This DOES NOT mean 1 account PER submitter - this means ONE account Period!)
**SPAM WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. Anyone found spamming will have their account terminated. You will also be held responsible for any costs incurred by us.
**Please do NOT respond to another members' ad with your own ad. This is considered SPAM.
**NO PORNOGRAPHY, ADULT Biz Opps (OF ANY KIND), RACIST or HATE mail And NO PROFANITY!!
**DO NOT Signup using ADMIN Or LISTOWNER as your username.
**Any member attempting to harass, threaten or send any harmful messages to anyone on the safelist will have their membership terminated immediately.

Do not trick members into opening your ad.. most times when you do trick them they will just delete your email anyways.

The above email addresses create TOO many bounced emails and stress on the safelists and most time emails are not received from safelist servers to these email addresses. Many of the above email addresses have spam filters which causes emails to bounce back immediately. You will NOT have any problems with the validation process or safelist accounts when you sign up with a RELIABLE Email address. MORE WILL BE ADDED AS NEEDED!!
ANY VIOLATIONS OF THESE TOS WILL RESULT IN TERMINATION FROM THE LIST.
