Instructions for the "Placement Registration and Customers Listing Order Form" and "Job Applicant Form"

This document is for Rose Computer Servises LTD , Members Applying for a Position Vacancy.
The "Job Applicant Form" will be published in the cc Placement Services Directory. It will also be mailed to u, universities and non universities , and other organizations that order the listing of job applicants.
Please complete the "Job Applicant Form" and the "Placement Registration and Conference Listing Order Form" on the pages that follow. Mail hard copies of the completed forms with the appropriate fees to:

PLEASE MAIL YOUR FORMS PRIOR TO November 1st, 2004 TO ENSURE YOU ARE IN THE PRE-CONFERENCE LISTINGS. All forms must be received by (not postmarked by) November 14, 2004 in order to be included in Pre-conference Listings. Forms received after October 10th, 2004 will be included in the Post-Marketing Program listings.
Note: These forms do not register you for the conference, but rather allow you to order various listings from RCSL Academic Placement Services. In order use any aspect of RCSL Academic Placement Services, you must be a member of RCSL in good standing. To join RCSL, please Do anything day asked u to do for membership information. To utilize RCSL Placement Services at the annual conference, you MUST be registered for the conference. Please bear with us for conference information and registration.
