The experience of building your own home or having someone build it for you, most often makes anyone nervous.. I take
pride in all the homes that I design, they are being designed for you and for the way that you live, with all the special features
and requirements that you, personally, as a home owner, want to have in YOUR HOME. After all, it will be your home and a
reflection of how you live and providing my experience to help you achieve the Ultimate Custom Home is a pleasure. I want
to make this process a joyful and exciting experience for you and not make it a chore.

The process is simple: Either call, "E" Mail or write. I will need just a minimum of information from you to start you on your
way toward the CUSTOM HOME that everyone will be excited about. Please be sure to provide me with your phone number
so that I can contact you.

The Design Process will be the most time consuming portion. Once this process is complete it will be just a matter of days before the complete working drawings for construction will be on their way to you. The Plans that you receive will be clear and complete, they will contain all the information that a Home Builder or Building Contractor requires in order to bid your project. Exterior Elevations, Floor Plan, Foundation Plan, Framing Plan, Wall Sections and other details that will be needed and all will be clear and easy to interpret.

During the Design Phase, I consider the construction and style of the home that you are asking for and I make sure that what
you want CAN BE BUILT. It is much easier to fix a problem on paper than it is to run into one in the field once construction
has begun. I pride myself in seeing those problems on paper and that way, solutions can be reached easier than an unseen
problem in the field.

Fees are very reasonable, and will be based on the size, type and complexity of the home
