About Us: We are officially now in St. Petersburg FL as of May 15th, 2009 though previously from Kentucky.
We are a small family owned kennel that specializes not only in cockapoos, maltipoos and morkies but in training puppies. We are one of the few breeders in the nation that specialize in offering training for your puppy before it goes home complete with a written schedule. This also entitles our families to access me personally by phone or email for the life of their pet with questions or problems that arrive with their pets behavior 5 yrs down the road. Our fee is very reasonable as well. We raise first generation Cockapoo puppies and in 2006 we started Maltipoos and 2009 will be MORKIES as well. We are small kennel presently located in Louisville Kentucky and relocating to Florida May 2009. All our parents are registered with the AKC or/and CKC, and our puppies are registered with CKC. We are members of the NACR, ACC and of course AKC and CKC. We have several litters a year and all the puppies are handled daily and socialized regularly to get them ready to go to their new homes. We strive for excellance with out business, doing our best to give our customers the best experience they can have when choosing to buy a cockapoo,maltipoo,or morkie from us. We don't want to be just a dog breeder but someone who cares about the right puppy for the right family. We give references for you to call, our vet for you and your vet to call and verify the care we give our moms, dads and our babies. We also offer additional services such as boarding for our customers cockapoos, maltipoos and maltese or morkie as well as the training services, etc.

OUR PUPPIES: All puppies have shots, wormed, dew claws removed, vet checked, the start of paper training and if being shipped, crate acclimented as well. We also give a 2 year warranty for any "life threatening genetic disorders". If your puppy were to become ill within the first 2 yrs. and dies with something genetic and this is documented by your vet in writing, we will replace your puppy from the next available litter with the puppy of your choice for FREE.

TRAINING: We offer 2 types of training. One is basic crate training and takes about 10 days. This teaches your puppy to sleep through the night with no crying, the start of a regular routine before going home. All of this is also documented for you in writing for you to have and follow at home. Then we have extended training. We only accept 3 in each litter due to the time involved in training. We teach the puppies more socialization skills, introduce them to a leash, how to play appropriately with humans without biting, the start of housebreaking, and lots more. So it's a great way to get your puppy off to a good start. Puppies that get training must stay til they are 8-10 weeks of age depending on how fast they train. Basic crate Training is $300
Extended Training: $400
Either must be paid when placing a deposit due to only training 3 puppies per litter.
We also train your puppy if you currently have a puppy from either another breeder or simply another breed. We will be happy to train your puppy.

BOARDING: We offer boarding to our customers for those close enough or wanting to drive to us. Your dog/puppy can be in the house with us, or in a kennel if you prefer. Our summer months are busiest and we encourage you to make your reservations with us EARLY!! We charge $25 a day for in the house boarding, $15 day for the kennel. Dogs boarding in the kennel are socialized and played with daily, as well as getting lots of doggy socialization while playing with the "pack".
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY SERVICE:
We have now decided to add a new service for our customers during the summer and fall months only. We have always shipped and will still do so, but have had many requests for personal delivery from those who are not comfortable with shipping their new puppy. So we will deliver your puppy by air or by car, if shipping is not an option, depending on where you live, and to most states. We will furnish everything needed to fly with and meet you at your local airport or if within driving distance (up to 6hrs) we will deliver your puppy to your door. We hope this will help many of you who are hesitant to ship and we will get the opportunity to actually meet many of you in person.

Deposits on unborn puppies $200 w/second deposit required at 2 weeks of age for the same amount. Deposits on puppies already born and currently available $400. Balances are paid day of pick up or 14 days prior to shipping or delivery.

If shipped we will gladly do the booking for you if you like and that fee is $275 and covers, ticket, flight cert, crate, all necessary paperwork you simply pick up your puppy at the airport.
Personal Delivery Service by Air:
The cost of the flight and puppies flight, and $60 per hour of flight time. This fee covers 1 hour at the airport with you, giving you your puppy and going over questions, paperwork, etc. For those of you wishing me to come to your home after arriving, this is $60 for every hour spent with you in your home.
Personal Delivery Service by Land: $60 per hour of driving time
Tampa Bay area within 25 miles of St. Petersburg: NO CHARGE
Training Service: $300-$400 Limited to 3 puppies per litter and payment for training must be paid when placing deposit. Training is about 2-3 weeks and puppies are typically ready at 8-9 weeks to go. Some families wishing their puppies to stay longer for the benefit of even more training may do so at the expense of $10 per day after 9 weeks of age.
