We provide a variety of services to businesses small and large.
We have assisted businesses in construction,detective and security industries, antique stores, ambulance companies and restaurants.
We have spent years in business learning our trade not only through educational endeavors but through real world experience.
Both Angie and Rick bring with them education in: bookkeeping,computer hardware/software,paralegal,and medical training.
Rick is an author and has given seminars to civic, church groups and spoke in our public schools on everything from what it takes to be a legal investigator, to what it takes to start up a home business. His books have covered subjects on how to locate people, how to conduct legal investigations and tips to starting your own business.
Angie has been certified by the State of Utah in bookkeeping. She has helped with the structuring of security companies, attorneys offices, and medical billing companies. She has organized calendars for professionals.

Our mission is to provide the best solutions for our customers in the best time frame possible. We are expected to conduct all of our business dealings in an honest and professional manner always, never an excuse for it being otherwise. At times being honest will not be in our best interest, however we feel that integrity goes farther than money and people would rather here the truth than a lie.
Our Code of Ethics
1) Customer satisfaction is our first priority. We do this by being honest with our customers. Explaining what it is the customer can expect from Richard & Angela Decker and ascertaining the information needed on what we can expect from the customer. If we cannot help them it is our job to assist them in locating the people who can.
2) Integrity can never be won over if lost. Therefore we expect nothing less from ourselves and staff but the highest level of integrity for our customers.
3) Never to loose site of our objectives. Our objectives are to assist others in the organization and or development of their company no matter the size of that organization. We are in business to make money but never at the expense of loosing our integrity. Last but not least to provide service to every one of our accounts as if they were the only account we had.
4) Never take a project that we cannot dedicate the time and energy needed to complete the task in a timely manner.
5) Never accept an assignment that would cause a conflict of interest with our other clients. We do this by maintaining an extensive database of customers by business type and location. We will never assist a client that would cause a conflict of interest for our clients or us.
6) Confidentiality is at the very essence of our structure. All client files are confidential. Before we take an assignment Richard & Angela Decker will search their database for potential conflicts. If a potential conflict is found we simply will not accept the assignment.

Company Logo Design:
Rick and Angie have over 15 years of experience in the design of company logos. They have designed for ambulance companies, restaurants, detective agencies, security companies, attorneys, construction companies and many more types of businesses just like yours.
Proposals:
Rick has written proposals for companies from all over the nation. His proposals have allowed companies to secure accounts they otherwise wouldn’t have been able to get with out a professional proposal. We write each proposal so that it not only meets your clients needs but yours too.
Business Plans:
The success or end of a business can depend greatly on the type of financial backing it is able to secure. Investors today want to know exactly where their investment is going and what it is being used for. They only way to prove to them you’re serious about your commitment to succeed is by presenting them with a detailed, professional business plan. Business plans are essential to the organization and financial success of your business.
Grant Research:
We search for grants not only at the Federal level but also at the State level in your local area. Our goal is to help you get the maximum amount of funding your entitled too. The government issues grants to companies each year. You could be one of those that receive a grant from them.
FEES:
Our Fees are truly affordable. We take into consideration with every client their economic circumstances and what it realistically takes to do the job at hand. We then present the client with a variety of ways to pay for our services with a appropriate fee for the task we are being hired to do.
We spell everything out in writing in plain English so that everyone involved knows exactly what he or she is paying for and what can be expected in return.
