Hello Evertyone
Hello, Ill tell you the history of the Undertaker
No list of WWE all-time greats can be considered complete without the Deadman.
The Undertaker's been a four-time WWE Champion, six-time Tag Team Champion and a main event level Superstar since the day Ted DiBiase introduced him as part of his “Million-Dollar Team” at the 1990 Survivor Series in Hartford, Connecticut.
His dark and somber persona and often sadistic mind set have been terrifying trademarks of WWE for nearly 15 full years. He has taken on WWE legends, WWE Champions and even the WWE owner.
How dominant has Undertaker been? Look no further than his record at WrestleMania, where he is a perfect 12-0.
Undertaker won his first WWE Championship on the one-year anniversary of his debut, defeating Hogan for the WWE Championship at Survivor Series. At that point, Undertaker was undefeated in his career.
Undertaker would eventually lose the WWE Championship back to Hogan, in a controversial match a week later at Tuesday in Texas. Still, despite the loss, Undertaker put together quite an impressive won-loss record.
At WrestleMania alone, Taker has defeated Jimmy Snuka, King Kong Bundy, Jake "The Snake" Roberts, Giant Gonzales, Triple H, Ric Flair, Kane and Diesel among others.
Then in 1997, at WrestleMania 13, Undertaker would once again reach the top of the mountain, defeating Sycho Sid for the WWE Championship. Undertaker's reign lasted four-plus months, and included impressive pay-per-view victories over Mankind, Stone Cold and Vader.
In May of 1999, Undertaker defeated Stone Cold to become WWE Champion for a third time. Then, more than a decade after their first championship encounter, Undertaker defeated Hogan at 2002's Judgment Day for his fourth reign.
In between the championship reigns, Undertaker has been a WWE mainstay. He's battled all the greats -- from Hogan and the Ultimate Warrior to Yokozuna, Stone Cold Steve Austin and The Rock, proving to be a bridge from yesteryear's WWE to today.
Who else could kidnap Stephanie McMahon, Tombstone Linda McMahon, attack Shane McMahon and walk out on Vince McMahon and still be thriving years later?
The Undertaker has also been at the forefront of some of the most original matches and concepts in WWE history. He is the innovator of Inferno Matches, Casket Matches, and, of course, the famed Hell in the Cell.
In fact, Undertaker was Mankind's opponent in their renowned Hell in a Cell Match at King of the Ring in 1998, where Undertaker threw Mankind from the top of the demonic structure.
Undertaker is also one-half of one of the most historic rivalries in sports-entertainment. For close to a decade, Undertaker and his half-brother Kane have been trying to destroy each other, highlighted by two memorable WrestleMania matches, both won by Undertaker of course.
Undertaker has spent time with both RAW and SmackDown!, but he is currently terrorizing the SmackDown! roster on Thursday nights. Amazingly, the Deadman hasn't lost a step.
The Story of Kane:
There’s nothing small about Kane. At seven feet tall, and over 300 pounds, the Big Red Monster has been terrorizing opponents, and making waves since his debut seven years ago. And even that was huge.
Following months of speculation, Kane made his first appearance on October 5, 1997, at Badd Blood, when he ripped the cage door off during a match between Shawn Michaels and Undertaker—the first-ever Hell in the Cell. Kane and ’Taker then stood toe to toe during a chilling stare down, until the Kane kicked the Phenom in the stomach, and tombstoned him in the center of the ring, allowing a bloodied and battered Michaels to pin Undertaker for the victory.
Despite the unwarranted attack, Undertaker vowed he would not wage war against his own flesh and blood in front of a national audience, but as Kane’s assaults continued, the Deadman was left with no choice. At WrestleMania XIV, the half-brothers met for the first time in singles competition, and after three Tombstones, 'Taker was victorious.
After his brutal Mania matchup, Kane continued to climb the ranks, and at King of the Ring ‘98, Stone Cold and Kane clashed in a First Blood match — the first competitor to make his opponent bleed would win the match. As an added stipulation, Kane promised that if he lost he’d set himself on fire. This match gave Kane a distinct advantage over Stone Cold; since he wore a mask and most of his body was covered by his red costume, it was nearly impossible to confirm if he was bleeding. During the match, the referee was knocked out, and Undertaker ran to the ring to interfere. He missed a chair shot on Kane and nailed Stone Cold in the head, busting him wide open. Even bloodied, Stone Cold continued his assault on Kane, but when the referee regained consciousness, he awarded the match to Kane. ’Taker later revealed that he intended to bust open Stone Cold so that Kane wouldn’t set himself on fire.
The next night on Raw, Mr. McMahon decorated the ring with a red canvas and only eight months after his debut, Kane was crowned the new WWE Heavyweight Champion. However his reign was one of the shortest ever, as Kane lost the title back to Austin later that night.
Since his loss to Stone Cold, Kane has yet to recapture a world title of any sort, although he has enjoyed several reigns as the Intercontinental, Hardcore, and World Tag Team Championships – that he held with RVD. And it was during his pairing with RVD, that Kane experienced one of the most emotional nights of his career.
After being egged on for weeks about becoming “soft,” Kane agreed to a match, where if he was didn’t win, he would remove his trademark mask. Despite a valiant effort, Kane was unsuccessful, and as Raw came to a close, the seven-footer untied, and removed his veil, revealing his hideous mug to the world.
Once the mask was removed, Kane turned on his five-star friend, and began a violent trail of destruction. Shortly after his epiphany, Kane assaulted WWE CEO Linda McMahon, and set Raw announcer Jim Ross on fire. These actions forced Shane McMahon to return to action, in order to defend his family’s honor, but even the risk-taking Shane-O-Mac couldn’t stop the Big Red Monster’s rage.
At Survivor Series in 2003, Kane attacked Undertaker once again, and buried him alive with a bulldozer. For the following months, the Deadman haunted his younger sibling, before announcing that at WrestleMania XX, the two would meet one more time. On March 14 2004, they clashed again, and similar to Mania XIV, Taker prevailed.
Since then, Kane has been randomly attacking anyone who crosses his path. He violently assaulted Shawn Michaels, putting him out of action, and he’s recently made life miserable for Lita & Matt Hardy. There is even speculation that Kane is the father of Lita’s child. Perhaps no one on the roster, male or female, is safe from Kane’s wrath, and only time will tell who his next victim will be.
In the fall of 2004, Kane actually married an unwilling Lita, who was carrying Kane's child. But an in-ring accident on Raw injured Lita, causing her to lose the couple's unborn son and leaving Kane an emotional and angry mess. He swore vengance on Gene Snitsky, who was responsible for the incident.
At Taboo Tuesday, Kane faced Snitsky in a Weapons of Choice match. Wielding a steel chain, he delivered a brutal beating to Snitsky. However, the match went in his opponent's favor, culminating with Snitsky crushing Kane's throat with a steel chair.
The Story of Big Show:
He's the largest athlete to ever showcase his talents in World Wrestling Entertainment. Reminiscent of Andre The Giant and Big John Stud before him, Big Show is a feared competitor who can intimidate an opponent with his size and stare alone.
Before WWE, Big Show was The Giant in WCW, where he twice won the WCW Championship. The Giant had an immediate impact at WCW, focusing his attention on Hollywood Hogan and ultimately beating Hogan for the WCW Championship at Halloween Havoc in 1995.
The Giant took out another legend for his second WCW Championship reign, defeating the great Ric Flair in April of 1996. Four months later, The Giant joined one of the most infamous factions of all time -- the nWo.
Giant also was part of a pair of WCW Tag Team Championship teams, pairing with Scott Hall and then Sting in the late 1990s.
Since making his WWE debut six years ago, the 7-foot Big Show has been defeating his foes with an arena-rattling Chokeslam. His strength and power have made him a two-time WWE Champion, a two-time World Tag Team Champion and a United States Champion.
A former basketball player at Wichita State, Big Show would become a worldwide star upon his signing with WWE. Show burst onto the scene at St. Valentine's Day Massacre in 1999, literally breaking through the ring during a Steel Cage Match between Vince McMahon and Stone Cold Steve Austin.
Nine months later, he won the WWE Championship for the first time, defeating The Rock and Triple H in a Triple Threat Match at Survivor Series. There's been no stopping him ever since, as Big Show has become one of the most dominant athletes to ever appear in a WWE ring.
Show also helped form one of the most imposing tag teams in WWE history when he paired with Undertaker, twice capturing the World Tag Team Championship in 1999.
When WWE officially divided the RAW and SmackDown! brands, Big Show was originally drafted by RAW in March of 2002. But seven months later he was traded to SmackDown!, where it took all of one night before Big Show challenged Brock Lesnar for his WWE Championship.
Nearly three years to the day after his first WWE Championship, Big Show was on top again. Once again it was at Survivor Series, where Show defeated Lesnar.
During SmackDown! on April 15, 2004 Big Show vowed that he would quit if he did not defeat Eddie Guerrero. After subsequently losing the match, Show went on a rampage that included the destruction of Torrie Wilson's car, and throwing then-General Manager Kurt Angle off of a 25-foot ledge.
However, Show returned to SmackDown! in September of 2004, and to the delight of the fans, he made destroying Angle his first order of business. His second goal is clearly to become WWE Champion again.
The Story of The Rock:
He is the most electrifying man in sports and entertainment. He is quickly becoming one of the most recognized faces on the planet and one of the hottest celebrities in all walks of life.
Call him whatever you want, but to the millions -- and millions -- of fans around the world, there is no substitute for The Rock.
A third generation WWE Superstar, The Rock at first did not plan to follow in the family tradition of sports entertainment stardom, but instead used his athletics heredity on the gridiron where he starred for the University of Miami. After a very brief professional football career, The Rock decided to give WWE a shot -- a choice that would prove to begin a new era in the entertainment world. In only a few years, The Rock was a multi-time WWE Champion and one of the most celebrated superstars to ever set foot in the ring.
But it was more than his ability to layeth the smacketh down in the ring that made The Rock a Superstar. His quick wit, charisma, and ability to talk smack earned such raves that “The People’s Champion” was asked to speak to the people over and over again. Among his many famous public appearances were a stint hosting “Saturday Night Live” in 2000 and a speech at the 2002 Republican National Convention.
By 2001, The Rock became a multi-media superstar, having starred in the feature film, “The Mummy Returns,” and its highly successful prequel, “The Scorpion King.” His autobiography, “The Rock Says...” was a New York Times No. 1 bestseller.
The Rock may have earned his biggest box office break to date with a starring role in “Walking Tall,” an action drama based on a true story that is expected to be even more successful than his previous hit, "The Rundown." While many consider The Rock to be Hollywood’s next great superstar, he still believes that World Wrestling Entertainment is his home and is ready to return to the ring when duty calls. When Mick Foley suffered injury and humiliation at the hands of Evolution, Rocky returned to RAW to reform the Rock 'n' Sock Connection and the two competed as a team at WrestleMania XX. While Evolution walked out as the winner, The Rock proved that he has not lost his touch in the ring and at the microphone and is as beloved as a WWE Superstar now more than ever!
