Wow, what a fun time...it was "Rick's Basement" revived! It was really great to be able to share songs with my singers, as we weren't particularly busy, BUT we had a great time together.
I would like to thank everyone for their continued support for our Toys For Tots drive. To date, we have collected over $750 in donations. A special thanks to Dixie who has donated several times, and made a sizeable donation this evening!
My best karaoke buddies, Dan, and Shelley. I ALWAYS have a great time whenever they join me. Thanks also to Bob Kelly who returned tonight, along with me very good friends, Tim, and, Jennifer.
Tyna sang several good tunes including, "The Rose", and, "Crazy". Roberto did, "Cleaning Out My Closet", and Krystal sang,
"Walking After Midnight".
Casino Joe arrived late, but was able to get in his favorite, "That Little Ol Wine Drinker Me". I was very happy to see Jim, "Eddie Arcaro", Berg come in. He sang some great tunes, including, "Ring of Fire", "My Way", and, "Mack The Knife".
Bob Kelly kept the audience happy with these tunes, "Sunday Morning", If We Make It Through December", "Are The Good Times Really Over", "I Love This Bar", "Pancho And Lefty", and, "Okie From Muskogee"...thanks Bob!
Tim really had the voice thing going on tonight! He sang, "Tequila Sunrise", "Dust In The Wind", "Lady", "After The Thrill Is Gone", "Neon Moon", and, "Mandy". Jennifer grabbed some mic time, and delivered on, "Manic Monday", "Queen Of Hearts", "I'm The Only One", "She Works Hard For The Money", "I See Right Through You", and, "Twist Of Fate"...nice!
Shelley was in fine voice, and did a great job singing, "I Hope", "Bring On The Pain", "Just On Look", "The First Time, Ever I Saw Your Face", "I'm No Angel", and dueted with me on, "I Had The Time Of My Life", and, "Suite Madam Blue"...thanks Shelley!
Dan brought his tunage with him tonight, and he really sounded grand! Dan covered, "Here Comes My Baby", "Romeo And Juliet",
"Nobody Home", "Don't Know Why", "Reason To Belive", She's Got A Way", and then dueted with me on, "Let It Bleed". He continued dueting with Shelley on, "Stop Dragging My Heart Around", "You're Momma Don't Dance", "Walking In memphis", and, "Feelin That Way Anytime".
All in all, we had a nice evening, and great donations to our toy drive! Shouts to Tyna behind the bar, and, Carlos in the kitchen. A Big thanks to Adam, and Bobby for helping with the gear tonight! See ya on the 26th...HAVE A MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Twas the night after Christmas...and we had fun recovering from the "Big Night". We had a nice audience, it's really interesting the way we are attracting a crowd of people who are out to enjoy our singers as entertainers!
We had a small group of singers, but they were rockin' out! TW selected some great tunes, including; "Real World", "The Reason",
"She Will Be Loved", "I Drive Myself Crazy", "Lost Without You",
"Let Me Love You", "She Hates Me", "You", and then joined Frank and I on, "My Girl".
Jason stopped by to do a few quick tunes. He rocked out to, "Minnies The Moocher", "Chantilly Lace", and, "Folsum Prison Blues". Chris got us all going with her rendition of, "I Touch Myself"...excellent!
Tyna sang some nice songs, her renditions are always spot on! Tyna did, "Evergreen", "Strawberry Wine", "Best Of My Love", "I Can't Tell You Why", "Rainy Days And Mondays", and, "Can't Make You Love Me".
Tim and Jennifer joined us. It is always good to see them out! Tim covered, "Tequila Sunrise", "Neon Moon", "Dust In The Wind", "Take It To The Limit", and, "At This Moment".
Jennifer does a really nice mix of 80's tunes. She did, "Twist Of Fate", "I'm The Only One", "Toy Soldiers", "She Works Hard For The Money", and, "Promises In The Dark".
Monk returned, and was well recieved on, "Whole Lotta Shakin'",
"Mack The Knife", "Turn The Page", "Stagger Lee", "Gigolo", "Never Been To Spain", and, "Georgia On My Mind". Monk then joined me on, "Steamroller Blues", and, "Pancho And Lefty".
