Thursday, 12/18: Well...we were rocking and rolling right up to the start of the big storm! It was great to have so many people out, BUT, once the snow started around 11pm, well, it got to be lonesome!
Mark S rolled in to sing, he did, "Your Song", and, "Picture", with Janet.Tony L covered, "Hero", and, Kenny did, "International Players Anthem". Jason dropped by, and covered his usual, "Breakfast At Tiffany's". Dreanna, Janae, and Sam were in to celebrate his return from basic training. Sam and Janae did, "Picture", while Janae joined Dreanna on, "Traveling Soldier". Dreanna then sosloed on, "Suds In The Bucket".
TW sang some great selections, including, "Pride And Joy", "Black Betty", "My Love", "Sign Your Name', "Send The Pain Below", "Faded", and, "Can't Help But Wait". Frank accompanied TW tonight, and it was great to have him return to Ernie's. Frank did, "Never Been To Spain", "Gigolo", "Whole Lotta Shakin'", and then joined me on,
"Steamroller Blues".
Alicia did a rockin job on, "Kerosene", and "Santeria", while, Corey covered, "Cleaning out My Closet", and, "45". Jennifer sang, "Betty Davis Eyes", and, "Don't Let The Sun Go Down On Me". Tony B was in the hose, he sang with TW, and Jamie, then went on to solo on,
"Because I Got High", "Simple Man", and, "Misery".
Terry Collette sang, "Wanted, Dead Or Alive", and, "Lodi", Jenni sang, "Five To One", and, Danny rocked out to, "Mr. Jones", while Jenna did, "You Were Meant For Me"...smoking!
Jamie sang, "Runaway Train", "Possum King", and, Save A Horse Ride A Cowboy". Jenni, Katie, and Kelly joined voices on, "Respect", and, Chain Of Fools". Like I said everyone was rockin right up to the snow...oh well...it was a tough ride home, but a good time none the less!
A big thanks to Mike, Kelley, and Cassie for taking good care of us tonight...Merry Christmas to you all!
