Peace Enforcers Supergroup

Hi, Dr. Oakley here. This the 'official' Peacekeepers website. Yes, I'm cheap and lack html knowledge, but I figured this would work until I could get a real html wiz to make the sg a website. Anyway, I'll post up events and the member list on here eventually. For now, I just want to see if it works.

Some ground rules for the supergroup are:

1.) All new members must be online at least once every two weeks. This is the bear minimum. Failure to meet this will result in a kick from the supergroup. (Inform me in-game or by e-mail if you must be away for this length of time, and it will be okay.) Members who pass the trial period (to be determined on a case-by-case basis) can be inactive for as much as 30 days, but no more! (Again, unless there are certain circumstances.) People, people, at least try to be on twice a week, though.

2.) No insults or bad language in the company of those who do not desire it. It's fine until someone complains, but after that, no more for you! The punishment for one offense is a warning, for two is to be demoted (from captain to member, from member to probation member...from probation member to being kicked.) The third offense results in a ban.

3.) No kill stealing, griefing, or training. Training isn't as easy to do in City of Heroes as in some other games, but it is possible. Just don't do it. If you need these terms described for you, send me a tell in game. The punishment for one offense is a warning...for two offenses is a ban.

4.) A level requirement of level 8 or above is now in effect. Before, I didn't adhere to any level requirement, but I feel one should be added at this point.

Rules for the recruitment of members.

A captain (or leader) seeking to recruit a member into the supergroup must follow these steps.

1.) Initiate a /tell to a prospective member. This member must either be on your team or must respond to a broadcast/request for members.

2.) Ask the prospective member a series of questions about their gaming background, such as: How long have you been playing the game? How active would you say you are? How many characters do you have?

3.) A regular member, captain, or leader (not a member on probation) must team with the prospective member for at least long enough to guage the competence and attitude of the prospective member during play. Even if a member knows the player in real life, it is discouraged to invite the player just off of real life or in-game ties.

4.) Once all of these steps are complete (and the propestive member is level 8 or above), the member may be invited into the Supergroup on Propation Member status.
