Please be advised that International Broadcasting and Communications EAR (IBC EAR) holds certain piracy enforcement rights regarding unauthorized interception and use of its methods of communication.
IBC EAR holds commercial distribution rights for its methods of communication. No person or establishment may use these methods without obtaining a license and paying the appropriate fee. Demand is hereby made that you immediately cease and desist from engaging in or permitting any further or future interception, exhibition, distribution, or other use, direct or indirect, of the IBC EAR method of communication in any manner whatsoever.
