Rates and terms
RATES
I work on a very competitive hourly rate or quotation basis and am happy to help you to achieve your goals within a capped budget.
Free estimations given.
As from 1st September 2008 the following rates will apply:
General work $30 per hour min 2 hours
Cabinet and furniture construction can be on a quotation or hourly basis depending on the project. Minimum half deposit required prior to commencement and balance in full upon completion.
Boat work by negotiation and estimation basis
All work outside of South Shore Montreal area subject to minimum of 1 hour travel time per day of $20.
Projects outside of Montreal or outside of province are by negotiation.
A deposit is required prior to commencement of all jobs unless previous arrangements are negotiated
Initial consultation on all work is free and thereafter all standard rates will apply to any visit, consultation and advisory matters unless prior arrangements are made.
When work is proceeding over several weeks, a weekly progress payment of total hours for preceding week is payable at the end of each week.
PLEASE NOTE
I work direct with the client and not with consultants, middle persons or third parties seeking discounts, commissions, hand-backs etc.
I want to give a fair price direct to the client.
All quotations and estimations are given in writing and signed by myself and client prior to commencement of any project.
All such quotations or estimations are for a period of 60 (sixty days) from dates of presentation.
All rates subject to change without notice.
