Minako Kuraino's life
Minako Kuraino never lived long in one area. She always wondered since she was little to discover new places and things. Apon returning to a place she called home, which was just a small little town in Japan, she found her home to be nothing but smoldering rubble. Minako had no where to go so she decided to wander again in hopes of finding who did this. Realizing she couldn't do it alone she seeked out a master swordsman she had been reading about as she traveled.
After many months she finally stumbled on his door step. After hours of pleading he agreed under the circumstances that she stayed with him until ALL training was done and also that she earned her keep. She agreed since she had no where else to go and she didn't mind working.
Minako trained hard for almost 19 months, almost two years before she became fluent in the Hiten-Mitsurugi Style of swordsmanship. After the last night of her training, she left a note thanking the old man for teaching and housing her as long as he did.
Once she left, Minako had no choice but to wander. No lead as to where they people were who killed her family. No idea what so ever.
Until one day she over heard a couple of guards outside the emperor's temple talking about the incident. It took great sneaky skills to get past the guards, but with her skill now it didn't take to much effort. Opon reaching the emperors chambers he slept soundly. No guards, nothing.. no one. Good. Minako slipped inside and easily killed the man. She got her revenge.
She thought from then on she could put down the sword. She was sadly mistaken. The emperor had a daughter. When Minako was leaving the temple, the daughter approached her. She introduced herself as Megami. She apparently saw the entire thing. Strange was.. she didn't care, she wasn't upset. Strange... Minako knew there was a catch and there was. Megami wanted to go with her. At first Minako said straight out NO. Megami blackmailed her. She said that if she let her go, she would find someone else to take the fall for her father's death. Otherwise, Minako would get it... and die a harsh death. Not wanting to die right now Minako finally, not willingly, agreed she could go with.
The two girls traveled ALOT. They took on jobs as assassins, mercenaries.. you name it, they did it so they could survive. Even if it wasn't pretty. After many many years of traveling, she arrived in Rhydin where they split up. 2 years living in Rhydin Minako had gotten married with three kids. She laid down her sword forever. A year or two later though, her husband and kids left her because of her past and what could easily come bakc to the assasin. Now Minako travels Rhydin alone, back in her assassin ways.
