Every body is different, so I believe every massage should be tailor made to fit your needs. Let me know what you are looking for. Choose from the massage types listed below which will be further customized to meet your needs.
1. Relaxation Massage: A very soothing rhythmic light to medium touch overall massage. Experience the healing power of touch. This sedates the nervous system and allows you to take a break from the stress of daily life. If you are looking to totally relax, let go and drift off into a state of bliss, then this just might be what you are looking for.
2. Tension Release Massage: A medium to firm pressure overall massage designed to release tension and relieve sore achy muscles. More attention will go to the specific areas that need it most. A very popular choice.
3. Deep Tissue Massage: A very deep / firm pressure muscle specific massage. A therapeutic massage designed to target problem areas and get out all the knots. Not only the superficial muscles, but deeper muscles that you may not even be aware of will be addressed. This massage will help you to release unhealthy patterns and pain from your body.
4. Tandem Massage (4 hands) or Couples Massage: Have you ever had two skilled massage therapists working on you at once? It's an incredible experience! We offer sessions for individuals and couples in the San Diego area. Couples will be worked on side by side in the same room.
5. Tantric Healing: The Tantric massage will make you feel as if you are in a trance, where physical boundaries dissolve, time disappears, worries and problems no longer seem important, or are forgotten altogether. According to Tantric ideals, your entire body will be massaged, including those particularly sensitive areas. In this very loving ceremony you will be completely nurtured and pampered in the arms of your goddess, giving you a feeling of comfort and sense of well-being. Tantric Healing Sessions are for the intention of awakening kundalini energy, expanding joy and ecstasy, and are both spiritual and sensual in nature. I use a combination of breath work, guided meditation, energy work and tantric massage.
If you have a specific medical concern, are recovering from a serious injury, or have been diagnosed with a specific syndrome please let me know. In some cases, communication and coordination of care with your primary care provider or chiropractor may be in order.
