Thanks for stopping by! If you'll give me a few moments of your time, I'll tell you why I created this website.
I am a working mom with two young children. My husband and I both have good jobs that we enjoy. As children of the '80's, we also have a lifestyle that requires quite a bit of cash. At one point, we did get into a lot of debt and had to enlist the aid of a credit counseling service.
I do not want to go down that road again! I've also been part of a "downsizing" effort by a large national corporation that subsequently went bankrupt. So much for the 401k and stock options!
When the next company I worked for also pulled out of the area, I made up my mind to work hard for me and my family, NOT for some faceless, unappreciative board of directors.
Currently, I work in sales for a small local company owned by a good friend of mine. She very generously shares the company's wealth through a profit-sharing program, but that's not enough for me.
I don't want the rug pulled out from under my feet again. Hence, the foray into the many opportunities on the Internet. From affiliate programs, to on-line auctions, to selling eBooks on every imaginable topic, I am changing my life for the better!
Through a program geared towards paying people for their opinions, I earned $ 50 an hour as part of a fun focus group.
Through another program, I learned various ways to improve my eBay auctions, and netted a $ 1,000 profit on just one auction.
Through yet another system, I was able to find wholesalers that had hot-sellers at excellent prices for items to sell on eBay and Yahoo auctions.
