Red Oak Strategy Plan & Implementation Steps
Numerous Red Oak Iowa residents played a role in creating this plan, attempting to represent a synthesis of the community's ideas and creativity. Implementation steps for current and planned projects, thru the year 2020 and beyond, are continually refined. Participation by Red Oak citizens in that open process is welcomed and encouraged.
