It was a shame about the result at the weekend but after 6 league games i think we can be positive about the start we have made this season.
I think we can all agree that there hasn't been a game yet this season that we can truly say we played anything like our best and yet we have still won half of our games and we have had quite a tough start to the season. Le Hope, Grays Ath Colts, Grays Spartans and Chadrec are all teams that would have thought themselves in with a chance of winning the league and we have played them all.

Chadrec and Le Hope we lost to by a single goal and the Grays Ath game could have easily have finished 10 all. Add this to the fact that we havn't been able to name the same side 2 weeks running shows that we are putting up a good challenge.
As you can see, Fen will be a really tough game. Hill Top, our opponents at Belhus this Sunday, lost again but still stay ahead of AVOCA who havn't realised that their Kevin Keegan 0-5-5 formation just isn't working.
