Burgess American Bulldogs
At Burgess American Bulldogs we breed for the best all around show and hunting breed of ABs. My male, in the photo,(Burgess Butler of Picketts Pride) is a Johnson AB and my female (Burgess Scarlett Panda) is a Scott AB. My males sire is Grand Champion Powell's Machine Dillon and Dam is CCK's Sweet Pea (pointed) both are very excellent show quality dogs. My female is a Scott type and her sire is McCall's Lo Country Outlaw and dam is McCall's Dessie, both of which are excellent hog hunters. Scarlett was catching Baby hogs at 8 weeks old. She took third place in her first show at 5 months old and at that time I was told by Judge and Breeder Mr. Scott that she would not make the standards height requirements. She is now 60 lbs. and 22 inches tall, within standards. My male on the other hand is 27 inches and weighs 145 pounds. Scarlett is a beautiful black and white AB and she has thrown some of her color into her pups. Mr. Scott has been trying for years to get a black AB out of his breeding. My male is brindle and white with a brindle patch over his right eye. These puppies are some beautiful pups and will be great companions, hunters, or show class pups. They where born on the 16th of March of 2004. I am currently registering them with the National Kennel Club (NKC). Update the puppies have been registered with the National Kennel Club (NKC). Please hurry and get your $200 deposit down on your choice before they are all gone. The pups got their first shots today. They are 6 weeks old now. We have two females left (Ivy & Pearl). To see photos of pups and parents go to the Gallery, new photos are being placed there weekly. The price for pups is $550 females and $600 for males. Plus Shipping, they will be flying out of Charleston International Airport. If they need to travel by air they will have to wait until they are 8 weeks old.
