Sports have made many people to become a better individual because they are simple ways to relize that they are in trouble and that they must solve the situation that they are in. Basketball has helped me to do that so i encourage you to join in in a particular sport you like because you may find out that my results from what ive exprenced and from what my other friends have, that sports can help reduce stress and cause better habbits of living.
