I got into the auto retail business in 1976 as a salesman at Eastgate Chrysler Plymouth. The last 4 years I was the used car manager. Since leaving Eastgate c-p in 1985 I've been a new car manager, general sales manager and a general manager. During my career I've hired nearly 400 people into the business. My passion is public speaking and sales/motivational training. I still do on site training of sales people and sales managers and will entertain going on site for one-on-one with sales forces for a nominal fee.
